"The property itself was nice. There were several activities to partake in. I found the communication from staff to be lacking. No one informed us you had to reserve chairs for the rooftop pool or Half Cracked restaurant, or Stadium Grill. So we wasted time trying to do these activities with no luck. "

"The room was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice, but the outside is dark and unkept when driving to it from the main road. I suspect the unkept property is not owned by the hotel. It's unfortunate that the surrounding area does not take care of the property since the hotel has a nice appearance."
