The night staff manager was very helpful. I was as a dollar something short on the room and he paid it for me. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel itself the outside is gorgeous and we are in Fort Myers so of course there’s traffic but where it’s located it’s perfect. It’s right around the best restaurants and traffic here in Fort Myers is really not that bad. I’m from Miami mind you. The staff were incredible. This was the friendliest and the nicest hotel and the cleanest and the home is feeling hotel. I’ve stayed in ever. Definitely would stay here again.

This place has very nice rooms and the staff all seem to be pretty nice people as well. It is within walking distance of the mall and a few restaurants plus their rates are pretty reasonable too. Highly recommended!!!

The Queen suite I had was great! Kitchenette was clean and the refrigerator, induction cooker and microwave were in good condition and working order. Bathroom was clean. The only disappointing downside was the smart TV that only had the remote for the TV itself and no remote for the satellite Dish network, so I never had channel selection choices other than the channel that it was on (Gulf NBC). Other than that, the service was great. Even was allowed to have my only piece of luggage safely stored at the service desk after check-out, as my trip home would not be for another 5 hours. I would book this hotel again!

The room was fine. Nice kitchen facilities and good bedroom. However, almost no utensils. (One fork, one knife, one plate) we were told at check in that there were no coffee makers.(Go to Dunkin' Donuts!) no place to sit outside or walk outside near the hotel. We were coming from a blizzard in Michigan! When we checked out we were told that we could have requested a coffee maker!!! We will not choose this place again...

Very nice hotel, brand new and staff was nice. They allow pets though so maybe flea infested in a couple months. But for now if you don't have a pet, I'd get a higher floor, while still New.

The workers at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Once I finally got settled into my room, I had no issues. The room was clean and I had everything I needed throughout my stay. There is a Publix (grocery store) in a plaza a few roads up on the left for items to put in your refrigerator (including alcohol). Restaurants and fast food not too far away if you so choose. 20 - 25 minute rides to the beaches, RSW Airport, Jet Blue Park and Hammond Stadium (Twins). I did not have any issues as I was traveling alone. I cannot end without saying that there are people who have been there for months. I did not have any problems with any "long term residents", but I do believe this information should be known to individuals who may be uncomfortable with this situation.

This hotel appears to be almost brand new; my room was clean and very comfortable. That said… it is located in a terrible area, and there were some pretty sketchy people hanging out around it at night - so much so, that I was scared to go out to my car when I realized I left my phone charger in it. BUT!! - the gentleman at the front desk was outstanding, and was kind enough to stand at the door and watch me go to my car to get my charger and come back to make sure I was safe. I truly appreciated him!!

It's a great place to stay for a long-term business trip! The rooms are comfy and there's enough space for yourself and another person if you're traveling with someone else. The staff are nice and are always willing to help. It's right by a bus stop, a few restaurants, and grocery stores, so if you want to walk for a quick trip of groceries, you definitely can! The only issues I had were with some of the other residents, who often smoked in their rooms (despite them being non-smoking), the elevator, and right by the entrance. I'm not from FL so I was shocked by all the smoking, but after my stay it looks like this is the norm for the state, not this particular area. I recommend the staff increase the policies for people smoking, but I understand that can be hard as the other residents may do it in a place outside of their view (again, the elevator), but if other residents mention to them along with the room number the scent is coming from, there should be a consequence. Though there's a charge for smoking, it looks like the troublemakers don't take it seriously.
