  • Wanna go fishing? Some of the best Snook fishing in the area right in the backyard. Nestled on Whiskey Creek with a 8,000 lb boat lift ready to go. Will fit up to a 21' boat. This is an original 1950's waterfront house with direct access to the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. Within 15 minutes of the Boston Red Sox & Minnesota Twins spring training facilities . Also 15 - 20 minutes from Sanibel Island, Ft Myers Beach and historic downtown Ft Myers. This house is all decked out for waterfront vacations. The property has a 8,000 lb boat lift to accommodate up to a 24' boat. House also has tiki hut with plenty of waterfront seating. Also we can provide kayaks with all accessories to enjoy the back waters of Whiskey creek. The house is fully furnished with whatever you could need. Won't last long last waterfront house available this season. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 2 other rooms with pullout beds. Could accommodate up to 6 adults and children.

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed our five days here. We have stayed on Sanibel Island two other times but decided on Ft Myers this time. The location was perfect for going to the beaches at Sanibel and touring around the area. The house was very clean and even better in person than in the photos.

Distance from our friends and beach the only disadvantage. The property was clean, nice, quiet and would be wonderful for even a family with children.
