  • The house is in a quiet location on a wide freshwater canal. The garden is wonderfully tropical. You will be offered a stylish ambience and exclusive furnishings on 1750 ft² of living space. Look forward to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen including a breakfast bar. WIFI internet access, smart TV and hi-fi entertainment system are other advantages that our villa has to offer. Thanks to the south exposure, you can enjoy the sun all day long by the large pool. The pool can be heated by electric heating and solar power. You can relax in the fenced garden in the pleasant climate.
