"Friendly and helpful staff clean rooms close to stores and not to far from the beach "

"As I checked in the person ahead of me asked about the $100 deposit fee (which does seem steep compared to other hotels we have used) and the owner told him he "Didn't have to stay." and then it was repeated by the clerk. These comments made me feel UNWELCOMED and I had nothing to do with their exchange. After our first night in the room we noticed our feet were filthy from the floors. I asked that our room be mopped and we did notice the cleaning lady was diligent with her swiffer, but the floors were not clean after her efforts. There needs to be a time when soap and water are used to clean the dirt that does not appear after a light cleaning with a dust mop."

"The property is kept up well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool area was nice and food and drinks in the bar area was delicious!!!"

"Very inconsistent housekeeping services, had to ask multiple times for washcloths and coffee that was not left in room. Carpet was not vacuumed, room was not clean when checked in. Spent an hour in parking lot at 2:00 am last night there because of fire alarm. We will not return or recommend. "

"I've noticed some negative reviews which seemed to come from travelers used to staying in the conventional hotel. That's not what this is. not that it can't be used as a hotel, but it is designed for more long-term stays. It is a newer building, it is in good condition, it has laundry facilities, a gym, all of the things you would need for a long-term stay. When I checked in there was a small issue that was handled efficiently and professionally by the manager on duty Joe. This was around 1 AM and Joe was super pleasant and he offered solutions to fix the problem instead of saying he just couldn't help. Unfortunately, the very next day I had an issue from my side and the general manager was super accommodating and assisted without hesitation. She was also great on how she handled my specific problem. With widespread staff shortages across all industries, In my experience they did a phenomenal job and I would absolutely stay here again and probably will."

"Good location before going into Sanibel Island to stay if you want to be close to there and the boat launch is right before the bridge as well. Rooms were clean. Its an older building, but overall was good for a few days. Staff was pleasant. "
