There were roaches in the kitchen cabinets, water valves in bath room are reversed, hot was cold, cold was hot. Very hard to find/locate. Very poor shower head and shower valve. Will not stay again.

Very disappointed the outlets in the bedrooms didn’t work and we ran out of hot water… It was dirty behind the cabinets in the refrigerator also no one even checked on us during our stay or gave us enough towels

Cold shower and no pillows/blankets

Terrible.. Cold water for shower!! Can you imagine 2 little kids taking cold shower in a hotel???? And I called and texted.. they would fix it and call me back... never fixed.. never called back... And we were 6, the room was for 6... buuuut... the sofa bed was terrible.. after you lay down on it, the middle went down and it became a V... so the 2 sleeping there have to touch each other the whole night, because it was impossible the be at the sides.. and last but not least, nothing for the sofa bed... imagine yourself sleeping with no pillows... no blankets... no nothing... like camping...

The bathroom had some mold in the corners. The parking was limited and the AC did not cool too well. Lynn at the hotel was great. I had 2 trained service dogs under 14l5 pounds, ince I told them that they didnt charge fir the dogs but charged me a cleaning fee when there was notjing to clean of $75 extra and. My dogs are house trained. When I walked it smelled like dog in there so Im not sure it was too clean. The bed was veey uncomfortable too.

I paid close to $500 for a very small room with one tiny window. It rinded me of an office they turned in to a room. The beds had very thin mattresses and it was very cramped for the price. I. Not sure why I paid a resort tax when there was nothing resort about it. The coffee pot still had coffee in it from the people who stayed before us...the shower curtain had mildew all at the bottom. I will not stay here again.

Looked out of room (electronic lock) twice. Tried calling 20 times to help number no answer. The decks have rotten boards. Wouldn't stay there again

The location was perfect walkable distance to everything. Having ice, cooler and chairs was also a great addition! Only thing I would say is that some updates are needed within the room (maybe new paint, flooring, appliances, etc.) We also didn't know or see a trash can anywhere. Otherwise, the location and amenities were exactly what we needed for a long weekend stay!

Not worth the money

The hotel is in a good place, not on the water but where you can easily walk to anything you want. Check-in was easy and they communicated very quickly. We rented the penthouse room, and it was very spacious. However, the wifi didn't work, and I couldn't get the toilet to stop running. I also didn't appreciate the watered-down soap in the bathroom. A bottle of soap is 98 cents at walmart. Some outlets didn't work and the batteries in the tv controllers were dead. Temperature control was a constant challenge because of the loft, I think. Cold downstairs and muggy upstairs. Overall, I don't think I'd try this place again.

So when you book it says each room has one parking spot. When I arrived there was no such thing. I had to pay to park in a nearby public parking area. I tried to reach the office but nobody replied to my message. The steps are in unsafe conditions, with wooden planks rotting. No sound on TV. A/C was filthy and it sits right above your head as you sleep. It smelled "moldy" and I saw black on the ceiling which looked to have been painted over. The pictures are VERY deceiving!!!

We got there to check in and thankfully someone just said oh your room is ready . if we would let have seen that lady we would have be walking around till 4pm with luggage. no cleaning, no staff on site, our lock in our room needed batteries and we tried calling multiple times and no answer . no cleaning. we had the same towels all weekend.

Our room was perfectly fine for a beach trip;recently updated floors and furnishings and clean. The exterior could use some improvements. There are NO onsite office hours. Only staff present is cleaning and thankfully she was kind and helpful. Proximity to beach and dinning is perfect.
