Neighborhood: Located just after the Punta Rassa marina and the causeway bridge to Sanibel and Captiva, these condominiums rest overlooking the waterway to enjoy the boat traffic and travellers heading to Sanibel Island. The location is a quick drive to Fort Myers Beach, and the River District Downtown. Enjoy restaurants in the Fort Myers area as well as the Sanibel Harbour Marriott. A quick drive, or a walk down the scenic drive, these restaurants add to your list of options.

Getting Around: Walking distance includes the restaurants at the Marriott as well as the Bimini Bait Shack, a local outdoor Tiki bar experience and a local favorite! Heading over to Sanibel Island, Beaches and Shopping, a vehicle is the way to travel.

Guest Interaction: All of the arrival details are emailed to you for the ease of navigating check in on your own. We are happy to offer offices just around the corner on the Punta Rassa inlet located in both Harbour Tower and Bay View Tower on the Sanibel Harbour Resort property.

May I bring my pet?
~All four of the Punta Rassa buildings are pet free, therefore, no you may not bring your pet.
Where is the best place to find shells?
~Sanibel Island is renowned for the sprinkling of shells all about the beaches. There are a number of public beach access points including Lighthouse Beach!
Is there a charge for Parking?
~No, there is no charge. A parking pass will be found in your Condo after you arrive and allows parking on site.

Important Property Information: This home is available for single-family and short-term guest stays only. To maintain community standards, commercial vehicles, work trucks, trailers, or heavy equipment are not permitted on the premises.

HOA Application Requirements: Some reservations may require approval from the community association and may not be approved if booked within 5 days of arrival, including a rental application and/or background check. Additional processing fees may apply and are not included in your booking costs. Please note that bookings for February are not confirmed until written notice of approval is provided due to association restrictions. Please reach out with any questions before booking.

Punta Rassa community grounds are currently undergoing a redesign, with completion expected in fall 2026. All amenities are open and available for enjoyment, with the exception of the fishing pier, for which a restoration timeline has not yet been determined.
