Have your morning coffee and read the paper or sip some wine on the screened in lanai, play 18 holes, take a dip in the nearby pool or go shopping at the Bell Tower shops minutes away. This location is prime territory~ 9 mins from the airport and 10 miles to the beautiful beaches of Ft. Myers, with great bars and restaurants nearby you cannot go wrong in this pleasant and picturesque golf community. Newly updated 2br (1 king and 1 Queen) 2br +den and large screened in lanai gives you exactly what you're looking for in your vacation home away from home. There is a covered carport and Elevator. There is a 90-day minimum stay per the HOA and requires an application for background check. Cross Creek Golf and Country Club requires a transfer fee application of $100 for use of pool, golf and amenities.
