Description
This Gulf Access home is the ultimate vacation home for the entertainer and boater. The oversized screened lanai features a heated pool, dining area and sunbathing area with 4 lounge chairs. A great spot to enjoy the Florida sunshine all day long! There's even a "plunge pool" on the lanai, for cooler water, looks like a hot tub but isn't.

Walk down to the private dock to fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and beyond! By boat, the Gulf of Mexico is just 10 minutes away! There are bikes to explore the neighborhood and 2 kayaks to paddle around the canals. We are also close to golf, great restaurants, shopping and outlet malls.

At days end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here poolside on your private lanai, sipping a beverage, grilling a steak and sampling southern Florida fresh seafood.

The house has a very open floor plan with spacious, light filled rooms. The new kitchen with all new appliances, granite counter top. The large living /dining area provides a comfortable gathering spot for your whole group to watch movies in the evening or to watch the kids playing in the pool and hot tub.

The large master bedroom suite features a coastal style king size bed, large closet, TV with Netflix and local channels and bathroom. On the opposite side of the house another master bedroom with king size bed and guest bedroom with king size bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds.

This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, elegantly appointed and furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home.

Great Vacation!
The house was great over all! Plenty of room for three families to create core memories while spending a week in the Cape Coral area! There were a ton of great things about the house but some of the most notable would be: - plenty of dishes/cups/cookware - extra blankets and linens - pool area is awesome! - Lots of outdoor seating Only one negative is that there that could have been more towels provided for both the pool and showering.

Beautiful property in a very quiet area. Huge pool with comfortable outside seating. All equipment there for a very relaxing stay including beach chairs and cool box but no parasol so we bought one and left it for others to use during their stay. Overall a fantastic stay in a great property in a great location. Would highly recommend for couples or families.

The house was great and clean but we had to contact the property numerous times about the pool and hot tub not working properly. Some of the extra amenities advertised were also not as expected. Ie fishing gear was in disarray, kayaks in poor condition and missing paddles.

Exactly what we hoped for
This was our first stay here and in this area. Beautiful neighborhood with the canal right out side amazing surroundings make for a comfortable pool side days. Everything was beyond stocked which was a first usually you need to “make do” or run for essentials and buy unnecessary things to cook with there was everything including spices and dish tabs. Home was clean and tidy felt very comfortable did not Want to leave will be back

Wonderful House, Great Location, perfect Vacation!
The house was fantastic. Great layout, well stocked, wonderful location! The house had everything we needed, pleasant decor, everything was clean and nice. Freshly remodeled and tons of storage. The pool is huge. Sadly the hot tub was out of order, but nonetheless we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house and plan to stay here again. The property manager was easy to communicate with. Easy checkin an checkout.

Wonderful stay!
This home was perfect for our family vacation. The pool is big and the lanai has plenty of seating. The home is well stocked and very comfortable furniture and beds. The property is on a nice quiet street and the canal makes it extra peaceful. We’ll be back for sure!!

Very nice home in hood location convenient to everything but on quiet street. Nice open living space but split floor plan for privacy. Only complaint was advertised with hot tub and it was nit in working order entire tome we were there. Emailed the company asking when it would be repaired…. No response.

Great patio and pool
Everything was clean and comfortable! The pool is huge and the kids played for hours and hours each day. The kayaks were a great bonus as well. The bikes aren’t in the best shape but provided hours of entertainment for the kids riding up and down the court. Kitchen was clean and modern and it was nice some spices were included. Very convenient to Cape Coral restaurants and the small beach as well. We loved it!

We can not say enough about this property!!! It was everything and more. It was perfect for our family of 5 and our grandson. We will definitely be back. It was extremely clean and the layout was perfect for having the best family vacation especially the pool area!! The only thing missing was a coffee pot! Cape Coral Disappointment
We were told that the house was not damaged by hurricane Ian and was ready for occupancy. Upon arrival, we found that the lanai had been completely ripped off, the tiki hut completely gone, dock was being replaced, roof was being repaired, sliding doors were so rusted that we could only barely open one of the three and the pool light had been pulled out with bare wires dangling in the pool. We reported all to the landlord. Additionally, we had booked indicating that there could be as many as eight people there at one time and were charged for 8 people for the whole time. Only three people in addition to my wife and I were able to make it and they stayed only three days. We requested a refund for the amount of overcharge, but heard nothing. To say the stay was a disappointment is a huge understatement that reflects poorly on the landlord and VRBO.

Relaxing vacation
We had a great time at this property. We used the bikes, kayaks, hot tub and pool. The home was clean and well maintained with many amenities provided. The dock isn't in the best shape if you're going to have a book docked, but the pool made everything well worth it. Wonderful vacation for the family.
