This perfectly located and spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home is a short walk down a private sand and shell road directly to private beach access and all that beautiful Captiva Island has to offer. Located on prestigious Wightman Lane, you are also only a few short steps away from the restaurants, bars, live music, and other amenities in downtown Captiva Village. With no nearby public beach parking, the area is generally free of random beachgoers, making this an exclusive and wonderful experience.

The home has a huge screened-in “courtyard” with a pool, spa hot tub, outdoor shower, multiple covered seating areas, a wet bar, and lush island vegetation – your own personal island sanctuary! There are additional screened outdoor seating areas throughout the home, providing an incredible and unique outdoor living experience.

The home comfortably sleeps 14 people – and all 5 bedrooms have a connected bathroom. The home features a large upper-floor primary bedroom with a private primary bathroom and screened lanai. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms feature full/twin bunk beds and large closets. The 4th bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath. The 5th bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath. The 4th and 5th bedrooms have private entrances off the relaxing pool and courtyard areas! Plenty of private space for parents to relax in the three primary suites!

The home has everything you need to enjoy meals at home when you’re not walking to Captiva Village restaurant (a few hundred feet away!) or nearby Sanibel Island, including a fully stocked kitchen and a Weber grill.
