Cute house, and quiet little neighborhood really peaceful. Was here for 5 days and enjoyed my time. The fish tank was beautiful and loved watching all the different fish and little ocean creatures!

Great place and location, great host

Had a great stay at this location. The host is great and attentive. Only wish is that there were tvs in the guest rooms but honestly when you come to Ft Meyers you probably won't be inside that often.

We had a medical visit in Ft Myers and chose the property for the location in reference to our doctor’s office. Very clean property in a quiet neighborhood.

Kids loved it, rooms spaced out nicely

Andy was a great communicator, making the stay smooth and enjoyable. My kids absolutely loved the bath in front of the fish tank—it was such a unique touch! A fantastic place for families with kids.

Young kids will love this place

Our young grandchildren loved the large aquarium, the small pool, the play area, and the ducks in the pond. Host Andy took time to show them around and was quick to respond to every question we had.

Very happy with my stay

Everything was very clean when we arrived. Andy was very helpful in the days leading up to my stay and answered any and all questions promptly. The property helped me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my stay. At first the location made me a little nervous however I noticed that there were lots of families and everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly and put me at ease. I would definitely stay again and recommend this property to family and friends.

Nice modern interior decoration

Stayed as we were attending a nearby conference. Very modern decor, master bedroom looks like a resort room. Wish the weather was better to enjoy the outside amenities the home offers. Host responds quickly to communication. Will consider again if I'm back in that area next year.

Family trip

My family and I went to florida for a funeral. We found the house lovely. It was very clean and quite nice. We did not really want to go out to eat and finding places to deliver was very easy. Andy was very attentive and always got back to us quickly. The only disclaimer is I would tell people that the 4th bedroom is unattached from the main house. It was a bit of an eye opener for us, even though the hut was made up quite beautifully. Thank for providing a nice, quiet place.

We had such a good time! the house was super pretty and spacious and gorgeous! i would definitely stay here again! Only issue i had was the room outside the house had bugs all over the walls so we were down one room, and the pool was freezing but everything else was amazing

It was ok

Lovely home. They just need to be clearer that the fourth bedroom is really a room in a shed at the back of the house with no windows, bathroom and portable AC. That was disappointing. We had to find lodging for members of our group.

Everything brand new and super clean!

So many details thought of and an incredibly clean property. This is such a great location to be able to hang out and relax at, and not even need to go anywhere else. The property management was super friendly as well.

It is a beautiful home. Lots of towels, comfy beds and very comfortable home. The neighborhood was not very well kept but it was convenient to the places we needed to go. It was very clean house and really well maintained.

Great stay with exception that listing was a bit misleading as to the 4th bedroom located outside. That bedroom had no bathroom and no blinds on the window door. Being located outside of the main property, it was a no way for us and the person that drew that bedroom ended up having to sleep on the couch. One more negative was the fact there is no working ice machine. The owner was very nice to give us a credit for bags of ice but that was an inconvenience to have to buy bags of ice albeit a minor one. They need to put that there is no ice machine in the listing.

We were here for a baseball tournament at various venues and the location was great for that. Neighborhood seemed sketchy at first but wasn’t a problem. Very clean inside upon arrival. Should really be advertised as a 3 bedroom as the 4th bedroom is in a totally separate building with no bathroom and a very small bed. It was adorable though but we noticed bugs could gain entry. There was absolutely no shade outdoors at “ the beach” so we spent little to no time there. Pool was enjoyable after a hot baseball game albeit very small. Andy was a great host and responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion.

Updated Property

Great communication with Andy. He was responsive to all requests within a minute. Property is exactly as shown and accommodated our group very well. Waters, sodas, chocolates and even a bottle of Prosecco were provided and enjoyed. We did not get to enjoy the outdoor amenities due to weather, but could easily see having a bbq, lounging in the pool and then drinks around the fire pit. One drawback, only one TV in living room area. Centrally located to all the places we were going.

Nice house but just okay experience

Overall the house is in good condition. House has nice upgrades, renovations. Owner was very responsive. Neighborhood is not very clean or well-kept. Description of house needs to be more specific to note that the 4th bedroom is an outside shed/building. We could not have any of the kids stay out there. Shower water did not get very hot and did not last long when multiple people took showers. Its was fine for a short weekend stay but might not be good for a bigger group or long vacation.
