Our sunshine home is located in a beautiful neighborhood which is a safe street. It's within walking distance to Walgreens, Publix,Target, and various restaurants. Sunshine is beautifully decorated with a beach theme. The Master bedroom has a King size mattress with a private bathroom, and is separated from the other bedrooms. The second bedroom contains a Queen size mattress. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size mattress in the bottom and a twin mattress at the top. There is a new AC unit to keep you cool on hot days. There are also 3 bicycles that you can use on a designated bike path around the family friendly neighborhood.

Cute spot!

While most of our time was spent out at the beach, this home was a nice place to come back to! The neighbors are friendly, and it’s incredibly close to many dining/shopping areas which helped us avoid traffic and save time.

Nice place,updates needed

This property could easily be a 4 or 5 stars with a few touch ups here & there. Both bathrooms need painting, dryer lint trap needs replacing & it would really be nice if there was a tv guide available so you would know what channels are where. Also also had a bathroom backup while there & were without use of either bathroom until 4 pm later that day. I realize this might have been one of those "unavoidable" circumstances but it put a damper on overall experience..The neighborhood is quiet & the large yard were definite pluses..

So nice

We booked our dates and then because of a tropical storm we had to delay coming by a day. The were so helpful when we reached out to them sending us pictures, weather updates and even told us we could add out last day on to the end of our trip! So thankful we rented from these kind people.

January stay

Overall pretty nice house, clean on arrival and adequately furnished. Could use some updated patio furniture and outside lounge chairs. Pool table takes up the garage but pool cues were broken and couldn’t be used so Would have preferred the garage space instead. It was a good location for us to base ourselves at for the month. Again, nice house but could use alittle TLC inside and out to make it a great house worthy of what we paid.

Fun in the sun getaway.

Excellent accommodation. Bright and cheery. Plenty of open space. Especially enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch every evening. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Convenient to food store, Target , gas station. Friendly, safe neighborhood. Would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for visitors and close to many restaurants and shops. Location was great to visit many different beaches as well. Daymy was a wonderful host and answered all of our initial questions. Nice place for a vacation!

This property is exactly as seen on pictures. It was super clean when we arrived, in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood, yet very conveniently located close to shops and the yacht club beach. Daymy is very responsive in case you have any questions. We had an amazing stay and would not hesitate to come back !

Beautiful Home
