  • Gorgeous top floor elevator building highly upgraded condo for your anytime retreat in paradise. Florida room overlooking tropical Whiskey Creek. Great community center with gym, sauna, pool and BBQ area, a mtg room and sitting area for all kinds of activities. Tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, ping pong, library and billiards! Highly social community with excellent restaurants and happy hours nearby. 10 miles to Ft Myers beach 7 miles to downtown and 19 minutes from airport. Association Background checks required -fees vary. This is separate from VRBO and required by the HOA.
