Gorgeous top floor elevator building highly upgraded condo for your anytime retreat in paradise. Florida room overlooking tropical Whiskey Creek. Great community center with gym, sauna, pool and BBQ area, a mtg room and sitting area for all kinds of activities. Tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, ping pong, library and billiards! Highly social community with excellent restaurants and happy hours nearby. 10 miles to Ft Myers beach 7 miles to downtown and 19 minutes from airport. Association Background checks required -fees vary. This is separate from VRBO and required by the HOA.

Ok but . . . .

This was the 4th move since Hurricane Ian. Eva was quick to respond. This is a convenient location with amenities and price point that reflects such. We thought we getting these BUT after full payment we found out no working ice maker, dishwasher or garbage disposal for a 6 week stay. We gave up an appointment in the final week when they requested us to be there for dishwasher installment. They bought the wrong dishwasher. —- I accidentally left 4 dresses when we left and arranged to get them hanging on the front door. My nephew (who also stayed there and is a security guard) picked them up and was accused of trying to enter the condo because he had to open the storm door to get them hanging on the front door. Due to our circumstances they did let us move in 2 day’s early.

The condo was comfortable and well-equipped.

The owners are very accommodating; the condo was comfortable and well-equipped. Very pleasant communityand neighbors, but a little too far from beach; you will need a car and traffic can be very heavy. Otherwise, the pool was warm and exercise room excellent.
