Girls Trip - Class of 1987

The listing was spot on, exactly what you see on the site is what you get. Excellent location, beautiful pool and outdoor space. Binder in the owner left, was so helpful with area restaurants, things to do, we give this property a solid 5 stars!

Beautiful, comfortable home

This was our second time staying in this home. It is absolutely comfortable and well appointed. The back lanai is outstanding, from dining area, to sitting area and propane fire pit to the inviting pool and hot tub and new outdoor kitchen and bar. The hosts are the best to work with and fantastic communicators. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the home and we were so glad we came back!

Fabulous Vacation!

This home has everything you would need for a fabulous vacation! Tons of amenities, including the pool, hot tub, bikes, paddle boat, kayaks, fishing poles, etc! The list goes on and on! Very clean. Lovely welcome gifts! Would definitely recommend this home! Had a great vacation!

Beautiful Home

Everything about the house was as advertised! House was super clean, well organized, and has a great layout. The lanai was amazing, and has a large TV to catch all the games! Great hosts, Donna communicated regularly to check on us, and has a great guidebook for the area in the house! Highly recommend this home.

A perfect house for our vacation

The pool and spa, lovely and spacious interior, and fully equipped kitchen made this house perfect for our weeklong vacation. It truly had everything we needed and more. The hosts were super nice to deal with, always quick to respond to questions and provided helpful information.

Much needed getaway

We have stayed many times here before and this property every time it is a perfect stay. The house is immaculate and so well appointed. Donna and Brad think of every detail to make you feel like royalty while you are there. There are so many great restaurants and stores close by. We will definitely e back soon!!!!😊

Paradise

Our stay was exceptional. From the plate of homemade cookies and hand-written card that was left to welcome us to the turtles waiting at the dock each morning...and everything in between, it was perfect! The home was clean, comfy and absolutely beautiful! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

March Break fun in Cape Coral

We went here for March Break and it was fantastic -- the property and pool were lovely and it's a great location (fairly centrally located; close to shopping and restaurants). Brad and Donna were excellent hosts and very prompt with communication and very helpful overall. We hope to come back again! It was wonderful!

Second Wonderful Stay

We stayed here last year and loved it so much we decided to stay for 3 weeks this year. The house is beautiful and the lanai is relaxing. Donna was wonderful to work with. She made sure that we had everything that we needed and she took care of any concerns we had. If we come back to Cape Coral we will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Not only was the house perfect from every amenity you can imagine to the wonderful and kind owners; they went beyond expectations to exceed our needs with accommodations and so helpful with anything we needed. Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful and cozy at the same time. We used the pool everyday and really had no reason to leave. There was every pot and pan you could need and also some supplies in the fridge that were really helpful. We loved our time there and appreciate our gracious hosts for allowing us to stay.

Beautiful Place and Great Communication

We have stayed in many places in Cape Coral for our yearly family vacation, but this beautiful place will forever be our go to listing! The house is exactly like described in the listing, beautiful decor, beautiful scenery, and the owners (and the property manager) were amazing with communication! A lamp accidentally was broken by one of my children, and they were so understanding and polite about it! Great place and great host!

Just perfect!

Brad and Donna have thought of everything. The house had everything we needed including things I didn't know I needed. Lol Everything from the welcome basket to the fantastic communication was so appreciated. The pool is fantastic...like being at your own private resort. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to friends and family!

Beautiful property and stay

The property was as expected - beautiful. Lovely pool, lovely BBQ! lovely owners who provided a lovely welcome gift and was in contact in regards to what we needed to do and tips on how to enjoy the property. The waterside is lovely and its true that turtles love the bread! Evenings by the pool and in the hot tub were lovely. close to great stores and not as hectic as Orlando or Tampa in regards to tourists so you get a real feel of Florida. If there was one thing i would change, would be the duration - Longer would have been fantastic. 5 stars. I will be back

Just as advertised

This home is clean, spacious and well-appointed, having basically everything you need for a vacation including hairdryers, a printer, and a good selection of spices and cooking needs. We very much enjoyed opening the sliding doors and expanding the living area into the lanai which has several different seating areas. We even enjoyed the firepit one evening on a day that was particularly cool for Florida. Donna was very communicative although we had no problems while we were there. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Our stay in Paradise

As soon as we walked in the door we knew we were in Paradise! This house was amazing and the owners were awesome! The kitchen had everything we needed, the living room had comfy furniture, the master bath was huge and the bed in the master bedroom was so comfy. But the best part of the house was definitely the lanai. We loved the pool and hot tub along with all of the different seating areas. The outdoor kitchen was amazing. The owners had a book with different things to do and different restaurants in the area. We have stayed at other homes in the area but nobody has made us feel more welcome than Donna and Brad. We can’t wait to stay here again next February for three weeks!

What a great time

First we have to thank Donna for being such a great owner/host by guiding us with great info to all that we needed in order to get to the home and just enjoy. We had such a relaxing experience from our hectic life pool, cooking, sleeping lol it was all great neighbors every single thing that matters was awesome. Home has great info you don’t have to be googling anything its all there for whatever you want to do or eat. We would return without hesitation thank you for letting us build beautiful memories in your home. PS caught some bass and gar so there’s great fishing off the yard lol.

Graduation Vacation

We took this trip as a graduation gift for my 2 stepsons. We wanted to make it as memorable as possible because after I lost my 18 year old son a few years ago to a congenital heart defect, making as many memories as possible becomes a crucial part of life. And this house made that possible. Not only is the home absolutely beautiful, the decor is stunning and the amenities were above and beyond what we expected! From big details to the smallest, the owners have definitely put their time, love, and effort into ensuring not only a beautiful experience, but also a home away from home.
