    Centrally located near many restaurants, shopping, golf, and beaches, this gated community provides many aspects that feel like home all while on a sweet vacation in Southwest Florida. Nearby beaches include Fort Myers Beach, Lovers Key, Sanibel Island, and Bunche Beach.

    This condo has two spacious bedrooms, each with new memory foam queen beds and private bathrooms. The bathrooms have shower/tub combos making them perfect for a quick shower or a long relaxing bath!

    The condo is also fully stocked with stainless steel kitchen appliances including a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Additionally, there is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
    Linens are also included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

    Being on the third floor, this unit has a lovely view out back with the private balcony overlooking a lake in the complex. Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or the beautiful Florida sunsets with a glass of wine.

    If heading to the beach, make sure to take the beach items supplied! This unit has beach umbrellas, floats, umbrellas and beach bags. Looking for some fun around the neighborhood? Check out the community clubhouse where they have a community pool, game room, and fitness center.

    Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Must be 25 years or older to book. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

    This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

    This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.

    This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Third floor no elevator. Thank goodness we are very healthy. Ice maker did not work.Air conditioner was set to go to 68 at various times of the day. BRR!The TV did not have local stations so we had to subscribe to UTube TV to watch NBC, CBS, ABC etc. The rent was too high priced. I have now compared it to similar properties nearby. Very few instructions. Had to guess where to park and another guest explained how to use a plastic key card to get into the pool. The condo itself was very nice, clean and the appliances worked well. The setting was lovely and its was a short walk to Target, Publix and a few restaurants. Only 5 miles to the beach.
