On top of that, Olde Hickory Golf and Country Club is accessible on-site, meaning a good game is a mere walk away. There are many other ways to appreciate nature, such as the many trails scattered around town. Try Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve for something incredibly scenic, a park that boasts 3,500 acres of wildlife, a butterfly garden, and boardwalk trails through the wetlands.

Cool down with a dip in your private pool and soothe your muscles in the shared sauna. Try the tennis courts and the game room if you are feeling a bit more competitive. Relax in the house's living room and catch up with your favorite shows using your own streaming accounts, or lounge by the pool and get comfortable with a good book. The full kitchen has everything you need to make a refreshing snack or entire meal, which you can all enjoy in the dining area. Before turning in for the night, soak in the hot tub and adjust the central air-conditioning to the ideal temperature. Sporting limited mobility access and all the modern amenities you could want, you'll never want to leave!

Things to Know
This home requires an HOA application to be completed and emailed back to the HOA within three days of booking.
An additional fee is required for the country club's golf and dining privileges, which vary depending on the length of stay. If you choose to have access to golf and dining, the club will charge a $500 deposit plus $200 for one month, $400 for two months, and $600 for more than two months of access. If your dates of stay fall between one month and two months, you only have to pay $200. Fees are subject to change at any time without advance notice by the HOA.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
