Booked a large room that sleeps 6. Room was not available when I got there and instead was assigned a studio king. Not accommodating whatsoever and given an "either that's what you take or that's what you take" attitude. Wouldn't recommend this location unless you are traveling alone and don't care where you sleep or just need to crash there for the night. Don't expect much.

This was possibly the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had! The room was dirty, there was a bandaid folded into one of the towels, and the carpet was filthy. The bathroom door squeaked very loudly.

From check in to check out was horrible experience. I expected more from this chain seeing I stayed in the past.
Didn’t feel welcome during checked in. Bathroom was dirty. Only good thing is the Starbucks cafe in the morning.
I know I locked my door before heading out for breakfast but when I returned, my door was unlocked and left open. This is unacceptable especially if there’s a sign outside saying do not disturb.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed, baby roaches in the room and the bathroom. Carpets are dirty and the couch in the room needs to be burned, it is also filthy, you wouldn’t know this by standing in lobby, lobby was clean
