There are two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and hair dryer for your convenience. Washer and dryer in unit. All linens included. Sheets, blankets, pillows. Plenty of towels, wash rags and Beach Towels. Fully furnished kitchen nothing to bring but your recipes. Yes, Kuerig coffee pot. Treehouse like Lanai facing 2 lakes to enjoy cool breeze from ceiling fan while unwinding at night or coffee in morning. Central Air and heat for year round comfort. This condo is located just 3 miles from Fort Myers Beach and 5 miles to Sanibel Island. Cinnamon Cove offers a Club house with workout room and pool table. Just out the Clubhouse door enjoy the large pool and hot tub on the lake. 2 other pools are also located within the community. After a swim enjoy a game of Bocci ball, Tennis, Pickleball or Shuffleboard. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet night in, this superb space offers everything you need.
