A hidden gem! Excellent host Loree and Jason.. gorgeous condo with great location to explore nearby communities and the beach. Very clean, comfortable stay for our family of 4. We will return again.

Great place to stay.

Great place to stay. It is in a good location, close to downtown Fort Myers. The owners are good with their communications and very responsive to questions. We will stay there again on our next trip to the area.

Perfect Stay – Exactly As Described!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very well stocked with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Perfectly kept place in convenient location

We spent a great week at this townhouse and really appreciated all of its amenities and nice location. The owner was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again!

Kitchen had a variety of cooking equipment, dishes and utensils. This made cooking very easy. The laundry was equipped with detergent and machines worked great. The beds ad linens were very comfortable. Host was quick to respond and even accommodated us early for checkin—we really appreciated it! We only wish there was a vacuum for easier cleanup throughout our stay. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay and felt right at home!

Great Location

We attended a wedding in Ft Meyers and had easy access to all the different venues in the downtown area. Great amenities too with parking right out front!

Phenomenal rental with great location

This home exceeded our expectations. It was so lovely and clean and so convenient to all that First Street has to offer. Jason and Loree, our hosts, were amazing. So quickly to accommodate any requests, etc. Would highly, highly recommend this property.

Everything about this listing is just as advertised. We had a very comfortable stay, communication was amazing from start to finish and the townhouse is walkable to everything downtown Ft Myers has to offer.

Awesome Townhouse

We only stayed one night, but loved every minute of it. The house is super clean, beautifully decorated. Super comfy beds, has everything you need. The location is great as are the owners. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else, this place is it!

Loved this condo—spotlessly clean and walkable to Edison/Ford homes, McGregor Blvd and downtown restaurants. Publix supermarket just behind building.

Beautiful view and location

Had to be in Ft Myers for work and hate hotels. The check in instructions are outstanding and include pictures and check out requirements are very minimum. Communication responses were very quick and the beds are comfortable which is a huge plus. The view from the back patio and pool area is outstanding.

Home Away From Home

My husband and I just returned from a relaxing week at this beautiful condo close to downtown Ft. Myers. Loree and Jason's property is a spacious, 2-story getaway that feels like home. The spotless living space boasts a large-screen smart TV and comfy furniture. The master suite includes a king-sized bed, high-quality sheets, a large walk-in shower and double sinks. The quiet, energy-efficient appliances, including the in-unit washer/dryer, are an added bonus. We look forward to a return visit the next time we are in the area!

Perfect for wedding guests of Luminary hotel!

This townhouse could not have been more perfect for our family and we were blown away with how modern, clean and functional it was. Everything in the house felt very new and clean, which was so great as our 8.5 month old was on the move crawling! The beds were quite comfortable and we really appreciated everything that was available for us to use (shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, towels, kitchen supplies, laundry, etc). Overall we were very impressed and the location was so perfect as we were attending a wedding with events at the luminary hotel down the street. Being less than half a mile from the hotel and the bar/restaurants nearby, it was a 6 uber whenever we needed to get home. Hard to beat even though we had a rental car and the townhouse had very convenient parking right out front. Definitely will look for this place again should we be visiting fort Myers in the future!

Perfect short stay right off of downtown

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this Chic City Townhouse located just outside of downtown Fort Myers. We were genuinely impressed with the experience. The location itself is unbeatable; nestled perfectly in the heart of the River District. From the moment I parked my car in front of the townhouse, I felt the convenience of having everything I needed at my fingertips. For those who appreciate the vibrancy of downtown, the location couldn't be better. We were able to walk there to explore. The proximity to the Edison Home was an added advantage, making our short stay feel both fun-filled and culturally enriching. But it wasn’t just the location that made my stay memorable. The townhouse itself exudes chicness and comfort. The interiors are modern yet welcoming, and the 77-inch TV allowed our family to have a movie night after a day out in the town. For anyone considering a stay in Fort Myers, whether for one night or an extended stay, I can't recommend this townhouse enough.

Amazing place to stay!!!

What a super clean and super cute/ fancy place! Host was so responsive and the place is beautiful! Great to have a grocery store 100 yards away. Loved it and will stay here any time I’m in Ft Meyers. Easy walk to downtown.

Destination Wedding

We were impressed with the lovely, fresh, cleverly designed, and comfortable space. The wedding was a 4 day affair so this convenient, well-appointed townhouse was our respite during downtime. Highly recommended!

Absolutely Amazing

From beginning to end the communication, the follow up, the professionalism and the hospitality that I received were all A1! I would give more than five stars if that was an option! It was EXACTLY as advertised and the property owners are awesome communicators! I will definitely return when I am in town again and if you choose to stay there, you will return as well!
