Harbour Tower 1113: Two bed & Two bath condo at Sanibel Harbour Resort. Located at Punta Rassa just steps away from the Marriott Resort & Spa. Conveniently located before the causeway with easy access to Sanibel, Captiva, Ft Myers Beach, shopping and outdoor activities. Several restaurants in walking distance.

This beautiful high floor unit has expansive water views with nightly sunsets from the screened in lanai. the lanai can be closed to the outdoor elements allowing for year round enjoyment. Tile throughout the condo and recliners and work space in the living room. Living room is equipped with a large Smart TV, and televisions in both bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a new king size mattress and newly renovated bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Washer and dryer in the condo. Sleeps 4

summary

Staff was immediately attentive of anything that needed a repair or adjustment. Staff followed up to see if things were repaired/adjusted to satisfaction, just once, which was perfect. Staff was pleasant. The apartment, dishes, pots/pans, bedding, mirrors, etc. appeared very very clean, that was reassuring. Thank you! Rob Stahler
