This is an amazing and spacious brand new one bedroom that is only 10 minutes from Ft Myers Beach. A beautiful pool that is accessible 24 hours a day, along with amenities the are close, this is the perfect choice for those who want to go to the beach, or simply hang out in the nice weather!

With a full kitchen, bedroom with a full sized bed and a leather couch that pulls out into a bed this may be great for a couple friends looking to get away, or a couple looking to spend a weekend re-connecting.

The basics come with the place, however it is not full of pots and pans and cook wear, as you are coming to town, you want to go out!

You need to provide towels and basic needs .

The facility is gated, safe, and brand new! You will love it!
