Beautiful open sunny Condo on waterfront dock with Gulf access in Cape Coral Fl

  • Enjoy the comfort of this beautiful waterfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Our unit is located on one of the premier canal in Cape Coral & has all the amenities to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The unit has a screened-in lanai/balcony off of the living area where you can sit and watch the boats go by or just enjoy the beautiful breezes blowing through the palms. Just outside is a large deck with a tiki hut for your relaxation and sunbathing. You can fish off this deck or one of four boat docks for your use. The heated swimming pool is located just above the deck. Only minutes to many of the wonderful white sand beaches with plenty of seashells to explore and collect.
