About this property
Kid-friendly beachy house off Sanibel&FM Beach!
- Escape to our newly renovated home, perfectly located just 10ish minutes from Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. Our house is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house with window unit ACs in every room (please note there is no central AC, but there are window units and ceiling fans). The house went through a complete reconstruction and everything including furniture is brand new. The location of the house is fabulous for beach lovers, as it sits right between Sanibel and FMB. Target and Walmart are 5 minutes away.
Our house is located in a very small and very safe old Florida neighborhood with quite a lot of snowbirds. The neighborhood was originally zoned as mobile home neighborhood, but does have some concrete block homes like ours, too. Publix and a Circle K are 3 minutes away while Target, Walmart and such stores are 5 minutes away. We are 5 minutes away from Sanibel causeway, 5 minutes away from Matanzas Pass to Fort Myers Beach and 5 minutes away from Bunche beach. Location is simply fabulous and that’s why there are other short term rental properties in our neighborhood.
The entire house is accessible to guests. There is one locked closet where we keep our personal items (because we do stay here part of the time, too).
