Modern 4BR Captiva Home with Private Heated Pool & 3 King Beds

  • A Shore Thing is only 400 feet from the Captiva Island beach. Located at the corner of Gore Lane and Wiles Drive, this quiet home is still near the Captiva Village, with easy walking convenience to shops and restaurants.

    The beach is a really easy walk along a delightful path. The property has a beautiful and private backyard, with nice landscaping front and back. The heated swimming pool is surrounded by a roomy, furnished sun patio and enclosed by a privacy wall and dense tropical plantings.

    Adding 4th bedroom and great room being expansion!


    All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.
