This five-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath private retreat features two king beds, two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, a heated pool and spill-over spa, fenced backyard, high-end furnishings, and multiple balconies with Gulf and canal views. Located across Estero Boulevard and only a five-minute walk to Times Square and Lynn Hall Park, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy Fort Myers Beach dining, shopping, and activities. The chef’s kitchen, open living spaces, wet bars, laundry on two levels, and complimentary Wi-Fi make this home ideal for families or groups. Jet ski and parasailing rentals are nearby, and easy access to the Matanzas Bridge makes exploring Sanibel, downtown Fort Myers, and the airport a breeze. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles (garage use allowed, parking inside not permitted).
The boat lift and Jet ski lift is not for guest use.
