Updated Vacation Villa condo is a spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath beach home. The decor is absolutely beautiful, making you feel like you are truly at a beach home. Newly remodeled kitchen with all the essentials of home including a dining table with seating for up to four. Beach condo includes a TV, two comfortable full size beds, a queen size air mattress and newly remodeled bathroom. From your lanai, you will enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf and the white sandy beach. Sunsets from your lanai are gorgeous. There are 4 beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit.
The amenities at Vacation Villas include a large heated pool and grill. Located in the much desired North-end of island and it is only a short walk to downtown Fort Myers Beach (the famous well known Pier and Town Square) and restaurants. Vacation Villas neighbors Bowditch Point Park where you can see the local wildlife and catch a trolley to any destination on the island. Beach, fishing, bird watching and relaxing in a comfortable Vacation Villa condo. There is (1) reserved parking spot and there is limited overflow parking across the street.
