Resort amenities include parking for one car in the garage beneath the building, the beautiful in-ground pool and hot tub in a central area on the second floor, along with community room with full kitchen if you have friends over and wish to all gather around the pool area. On the hallway side of the community room is an ice vending machine and coin-operated laundry. The second floor also has an outdoor covered seating area with a TV for your entertainment. A community gas grill is available on the third floor, along with its open deck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Appliances include a 2-burner glasstop range, built-in microwave oven, a mini-dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. Next to the kitchen is a dining table seating two, which flows nicely into the living area that has a sleeper-sofa with coffee table, end tables, lamp and side chair. Across from the seating area is a credenza above which is a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors lead out to a furnished balcony overlooking the street, several restaurants and the back bay with all its marine activity.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, corner chair, closet and a chest of drawers with flat screen TV. The large bathroom has tile flooring and a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and a tiled combination tub/shower. Just next to the bathroom behind louvered doors is your own convenient stacked washer and dryer.
