Good location for daily beach fun. The sizable spa is not a pool. Comfortable beds. Kitchen/food prep area good. Public dock on intercostal great for sunrise & fishing.Lanai offers enjoyable dining & campfire features including very comfortable furniture. Perfect for beach vacation. Friendly neighbors on Hibiscus.

Nice vacation

The house is very nice. Corresponds to the photo and description. the house is located next to the beach and store. Vacation with children was very comfortable and we were provided with everything. choose for your vacation !

The absolute perfect location for our family vacation! A short walk to the beach, grocery store close by, and lots of restaurant options on the water. The house was very clean and we really enjoyed sitting on the back porch after a day at the beach. Would love to come back!

Nice accommodations

The property was very nicely renovated and had everything we needed except window coverings. The property manager was very attentive and reached out frequently to see how our stay was.

We enjoyed the location, layout of the house and screened-in patio. However, the air conditioning system did not work well to cool the place (so had to go buy fans and some temporary window coverings) and there were a few other significant maintenance issues we had to report during our stay (like the master shower fixture completely falling off) . Property management showed an overall lack of urgency on responding to the various items we reported. We were never able to use the “pool” as it was never properly cleaned despite repeated requests which was a big disappointment for my daughter and one of the reasons we chose this listing initially over some others. Overall, if some of these maintenance issues are addressed this could be a 5 star experience.

First impressions matter.

The first day was a disappointment. They rented without any window curtains or blinds. Besides the security and privacy issue for the evening. When it was time to go to bed the bedrooms were lit up from all the outside lights from neighbors front and back. Thank goodness the next day on a Sunday a kind gentleman came and installed the blinds. However , my husband had to stay at the house and missed out on afternoon activities. After that all was good.
