Fantastic condo

Condo 206C is the best place we have stayed at. So clean and fully stocked the balcony faced the beach so we got to see many sunsets and dolphins. This was the perfect place . Every appliance you could think of all we had to buy was a few groceries.

Great place right on gulf

Wonderful stay at this very cute condo right on the gulf. Walk outside on the beach and enjoyed amazing sunsets. Great owner and local contact for any issues. Fort Myers Beach still rebuilding but doing great.

Great location!

The location was great. Perfect size for my husband and I. Unit was clean, well stocked with kitchen items, paper and cleaning products. Also, had chairs, towels and coolers for beach which is great when you travel by plane. The host was super nice and very repsonsive. Hope to stay again in the future.

Paradise by the beach!

We had a fantastic time in Fort Myers Beach! Caihlin was an amazing host and the condo was perfect! She supplied all things necessary for a beach visit and the space had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony overlooks the beach and could not be better with beautiful windows and views. It was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of space to hangout and make any meals, with lots of supplies provided. They thought of everything. Thank you so much for the perfect vacation! We already want to go back!

Fabulous vacation!

If you are looking for a fantastic vacation experience, this is the place to be! Caitlin having a 5 star rating as a host is appropriate. Nothing is overlooked, from making sure you feel at home, to not having to worry about needing anything for your beach stay. The views are incredible, an easy trip down to the beach! Just bring clothes, toiletries, and your bathing suit. Oh, and food if you're like me and eat in. Anything you could want to fix any meal. This is not the first time I have stayed at one of Caihlin's properties, and it definitely won't be the last!!!!!

Beach front condo

We stayed at 206C for 7 wonderful nights. The condo itself was very clean and organized. There is ample places to sit inside and out. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the balcony and windows is amazing. There is ample space for sitting inside and out . The host sent us very helpful information about the condo and the area. She responded to texts or emails in a timely manner.

Relax at , Flip Flop Inn

It was a joy to communicate with the owner, the home/condo is in a perfect spot . The views are spectacular, and your dining and lounges are all close to The Estero Beach and Tennis Club. The unit had everything you need for a 3 day geataway , or a 3 week vacation. The king bed was comfortable and the entire unit was updated . Caihlin the owner will make you feel like FAMILY. We hope to stay there in the future , and recommend you do too👍.

Amazing beach retreat

Booking and communication… we received timely communications and notifications prior to and during our trip. All questions were answered timely mannerRoom… 206c has amazing beach views. The condo was very clean, extremely organized, and had everything we would need for our stay. Towels and bedding were great.There is plenty of seating around the breakfast bar. The couch is extremely comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. We found many little extras that helped make our stay even more enjoyable. Views and beach… this condo had absolutely the wonderful views of the ocean and beach. There is plenty of seating outside on the balcony. I enjoyed having my breakfast every morning, listening to the ocean and soaking up the breeze. The sunsets are truly amazing and easily viewed from the balcony or from the beach.We will definitely be returning and can’t wait

Great location and amenities

Hubby and I really enjoyed our stay. Unit had everything you could possibly need. Starter supplies for everything so no need to grocery shop on arrival day. Shops and restaurants across the street were amazing and helped avoid traffic woes around dinner time. Beach area and pool were excellent.

Loved the location with rest w/I walking distance, and Pinchers Beach 🏖 Bar with fantastic HH!

Scale of 1-10, 10 being best = 8. Comcast Infinity didn’t work so had to use iPad. Loved view and plenty of space for 2 of us. Overall enjoyed our stay & accomodations!

This is a great unit! Super clean. Amazing view. The owner’s welcoming Prosecco was lovely. The area is great. We never needed a car. Wish I had booked to stay even longer.

A must stay for a great vacation.

What a view! You can hear the waves and see the dolphins swim by the beach. From registering to unpacking, everything was explained in detail before our arrival. Caihlin was very quick to respond to a question we had. The condo is very cute and clean. It is within walking distance to restaurants & small shops. Lot's of great memories with our family. You won't regret staying here.
