    Walk right outside the door and you're steps away from sinking your toes into our white sand beaches and warm gulf waters. Centrally located at the North end of the island. Close to all Fort Myers Beach has to offer while also located on a quiet residential street, this home is perfect for those that demand both proximity and tranquility!

    On September 2022, Fort Myers Beach was impacted by Hurricane Ian, a Category 4/5 storm. Hurricane recovery efforts are still in progress. Many beaches, restaurants and stores are already open and welcoming visitors. The good news is that the island is open, the weather is great and the situation is improving every day. Whether vacationing or working here, we ask guests to be mindful of the challenges that our community is facing and understanding of current limitations. Please note that there will be workers, trailers, and construction activity/potential noise in the surrounding area, but there will not be any construction inside of the home.

Updated, very nice, and clean. We had a great stay, my only complaint was it was too short of a stay. We all would’ve loved to stay longer! We enjoyed this house and the pool was especially nice. The beach is close and October it is very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The Coral Reef Villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, which made cooking super convenient. It was just a short walk to the beach, and the provided beach cart made carrying our gear a breeze. The pool was amazing—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

The house and property were very clean and David was responsive and pleasant. We all really enjoyed the pool. It is a close walk to the beach and there is a wagon, sand toys and cooler to bring with. I would highly recommend this property.

This cozy home is amazing! It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was a bonus. The amenities for the beach included quality chairs and an umbrella and a wagon to take them to the beach which is a short walk away. We highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing time in this property. Literally everything you might need is here. The property was immaculate and very well maintained. The private pool was amazing with a nice enclosed seating area with a ceiling fan and comfortable seating. Washer and dryer easily accessible. There were pool floaties and lawn chairs and other accessories for the beach. There even a pull behind cart to get these items to and from the beach. Beds were extremely comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and large shower in the bath. There is plenty of storage area. We highly recommend this property.

Nice Little Spot Close to the Beach

Nice outdoor space. We loved the pool and patio. About a 5 minute walk to the beach. Could use an upgrade on the sheets and towels, but otherwise everything is well taken care of, new and just what you need. We enjoyed out stay! Thank you!

Stayed here on our honeymoon and it rained the entire week so we got to spend a lot of time in this VRBO. Its clean, its got modern appliances and tv options, and its about a 5 minute walk from the ocean. We had a great time and would love to return for another stay with some better weather.

House was great, Beach wagon was awesome having, Alot of construction around the neighborhood but it did not bother us as the whole area was destroyed by the hurricane, so the area is all under construction.House is perfect for 2 couples for sure.It's nice to walk to beach.

September 2023 visit

The entire property was wonderful. Very close to the beach, all the amenities you could ask for and reasonable drive to everything. We came here one year after the hurricane and there was a lot of construction but the beach was clean and we had it all to ourselves. It’ll only get better once more and more opens up again.

We enjoyed our stay. Grateful to find a place that was available after seeing the aftermath of the hurricane. It lived up to all that was advertised and was perfect! Some construction happening on neighboring lots but glad to see progress. The back yard was great for relaxing and even tho it was too chilly to get in the pool it gave great ambiance! Highly recommend!

Coral Reef Villa was exactly as described. The home was spotless, easy to find and on a very peaceful street. The weather was not as we had hoped, but it was still better than back home. We would love to come again when it is a bit warmer. Next time, we hope to be able to use the pool.

Amazing house, super close to the beach!

This was such a great house for my family to stay in! It had everything we needed for a little getaway. The house was super clean. The beach is a 5 minute walk & the wagon they provided (along with beach towels & toys!) was SO nice to have. The pool & outside area was a lot bigger than it looked, it'd be so that was a plus! David was quick to get back to be with some questions I had during our stay. We had a wonderful time & hope to be back some day!
