We're back and better than ever! You've had to put your vacation at the Beach on hold, we are ready for you now! While our rental homes may look a little different, yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. When choosing your home, please be sure to read the descriptions carefully.

You are sure to fall in love with this 4 bedroom, 3 bath, newly renovated vacation home, located 1 block to downtown and an easy stroll to the beach. This single family two story home affords peace and quiet, while being very accessible to everything. This gorgeous property includes two separate levels of living. Upstairs features a full kitchen and a kitchenette downstairs, two bedrooms, living room, dining room, and you'll find a brand new sofa bed in the den, downstairs.. The bedrooms all open up to the private outdoor space. All rooms are designed for comfort and beauty, and will sleep up to ten (10) guests.
Use the equipped beach cart to load the provided beach chairs for your use, as our guest, for an enjoyable relaxing day at the beach. Beach towels are also included with this home..

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
