This lovely condo at the prestigious Waterside gated community on beautiful Estero Bay can be your island holiday headquarters on Fort Myers Beach. Located on Bay Beach Lane at the quiet, residential southern end of the island, Waterside is a short walk to your private beach access on 7 miles of the white sand and blue waters of the Gulf of America.

Enter through your private lift entrance of this spacious, 1,636 square foot holiday home and step into comfortable accommodation. You are immediately struck by gorgeous view from the glass doors and huge picture windows - a panoramic view of the island, the Bay inlet and the Gulf beyond. The Living Room features a comfortable couch and loveseat with a huge mounted flat screen TV so you can watch your favourite show or a film. There's also free Internet throughout the condo - the perfect way to research the activities and destinations you want to visit while you're here, email your family and friends, or make dinner reservations at one of our popular restaurants on the water.

Through the sliding glass doors awaits your glimpse of paradise - a large Screened in Veranda with breathtaking views of the Bay, Gulf and Island - a place where you will no doubt spend many relaxing hours dining or reading a book while you take in the sea breezes. There are two very comfortable lounge chairs and a high-top patio table and three chairs to dine alfresco. Oh, Surprise! There's a wall mounted TV out on the veranda too!

The beautifully designed kitchen has all appliances with custom cabinetry and granite worktops to make meal prep a pleasure. The breakfast bar is the place to serve up a snack or chat with friends while you cook. Oh, Surprise! There's a worktop TV in the kitchen too! For more formal dining, the glass top dining table sits in an alcove surrounded by windows and bathed in sunlight.

Every aspect of this holiday condo was designed for easy holiday living. Linen closets hold freshly laundered bed and bath linens that will be waiting for you. There's a Laundry Room with full sized washing machine and dryer, along with a wash sink. No visiting the laundromat during your holiday!

The Master Bedroom En Suite has a King-sized bed all decked out with designer linens and its own large screen TV. The true private Master Bath has a delightful layout with a lovely vanity and a soaking tub separate from the walk-in shower.

The Guest Bedroom features Two Twin Beds and its own TV. Directly next door is the Guest Bath with a traditional tub/shower combination. Off the Living Room, is the 3rd Bedroom serving as a Den with a Desk, TV, and Sleeper Sofa. Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets Allowed.

FIRST CLASS AMENITIES: Waterside offers the best in amenities - you'll enjoy a gorgeous heated resort sized pool with pool house and spa surrounded by a sundeck with loads of lounge chairs and a picnic area - all sitting in the middle of a gorgeous tropical setting - plus Fitness Room, beautiful tennis courts, walking trails along the Bay, private fishing dock on the Bay, private beach access to 7 miles of sugar sand beach and world class sunsets, beautifully manicured grounds, a guarded gated entrance, a secured lobby with building lifts, and ample on-site parking. There is also a designated under building parking spot.

As special as the Waterside complex is, you'll want to venture out by car or beach trolley and explore the Fort Myers Beach area - Lovers Key State Park where you can hike along the wetland trails, bike among the mangroves and canoe and kayak along estuaries, Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach at the north end where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf, the Great Blue Waterway, The Pier jumping with sunset celebrations and street performers, Times Square with its outdoor eateries, bars and nightlife, and the many island restaurants on the Beach and Bay side. The south bridge offers easy access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples. Within walking distance is Santini Marina Plaza with great shopping and dining options.

Cooking Basics: Pots and pans, cookware, kitchen utensils, included, NO condiments.
We provide essential items to ensure a comfortable stay. This includes all linens and pillows, one roll of toilet paper, trial-size shampoo, conditioner and soap per bathroom.
Additionally, we provide a trial-size dishwashing liquid, a dish sponge and a roll of paper towels.
