- Escape to the beach in this comfortable 2BR/2BA condo at Island Reef, located on the desirable south end of Fort Myers Beach. Step directly from the property onto the sand and enjoy easy Gulf access. Sip your morning coffee or unwind at sunset from the spacious screened lanai with beautiful beach views. The perfect spot for a relaxing extended stay by the Gulf!
Two-week minimum rental; all dates must fall within the same calendar month.
Once your reservation is confirmed through a booking platform, you MUST also electronically complete an Island Reef Condominium Association Rental form, and acknowledge receipt of Association Rules and Regulations. This form will be provided to you within 72 hours of booking - it is an association requirement and must be submitted no less than 35 days prior to your arrival.
