CORNER END UNIT, GORGEOUS 2B/2B BEACHFRONT CONDO AT CARLOS POINTE BEACH CLUB! You'll have the best views and most amazing sunsets when you stay at Carlos Pointe 535. Located on the southern tip of the Island, Carlos Pointe 535's wrap around screened lanai overlooks the broad sand beach and Gulf waters. In the distance, you can see Lovers Key State Park where you can bike, hike, beach-comb, and kayak. Best of all, Carlos Pointe 535 is at the quiet southern end of the island away from the more congested north. Dolphins frequent the shallow waters in front of you; you'll see jet skis and fishing boats pass by throughout the day, sunset boat tours in the evening and the shelling here is superb.

This lovely 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATH vacation condo is an END CORNER UNIT on the north side of the complex. You have breathtaking views out of virtually every window and sliding glass doors in the condo. The light and airy LIVING ROOM has a new 65" 4K ROKU TV with NFL Game Pass, Disney+, Netflix, a Blu-Ray DVD player, and Direct TV service. You can watch from the comfy sleeper sofa, over-sized chair, or your massaging easy chair. Recently added lamp above the easy chair makes this space a great place to relax in the evenings and read.

The DINING AREA has a table for four plus there's seating for three more guests at the kitchen breakfast bar and four more on the lanai. The fully equipped KITCHEN allows you to prepare meals for the family with all the necessary appliances. There is plenty of dishware and glassware for fine dining inside, plus coolers and supplies for a beach picnic. Most utensils you would ever need including: blender, coffee maker (k-cup and carafe), toaster, tea kettle, pans, baking dishes and so much more.

The MASTER BEDROOM en suite has a new King-sized bed, large flat screen tv with Direct TV and its own private lanai access. The master bath was completely remodeled in 2021 and has a large vanity, ample storage, and walk-in shower. The GUEST BEDROOM also includes a large flat screen TV, also with Direct TV. The twin beds are perfect for this casual space; however, can easily be moved to create a king. The guest bath also has a walk-in shower and is conveniently located adjacent to the guest bedroom.

This condo is stocked with items for FAMILY FUN. Beach chairs, bags for shelling, sand and pool toys, floats (including puddle jumpers), flippers, multiple beach umbrellas with sand anchors, a beach wagon, towels, and coolers are offered. With such beautiful views, you will love staying at the condo to play games and enjoy time together. There is also a pack N' play (great for small children to sleep) and extra sheets and blankets for all beds.

FREE WIFI and an in-unit WASHER/DRYER are included. There are multiple USB outlets situated throughout this condo and a Bose speaker to plug in your devices for afternoon tunes. This condo has hanging closet space in both bedrooms as well as an ironing board and iron. Recently added chaise lounge on the lanai is a great place to relax and watch dolphins jump (Binoculars on hand for you). Once you experience Carlos Pointe 535, you will be coming back for many years.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. Building elevators and ample on-site parking for your convenience.

Additional on-site amenities at Carlos Pointe include a GULF FRONT HEATED POOL, ample lounge chairs to soak up the sun, a shaded picnic area with lots of tables, BBQ grills, and a social room overlooking the pool. There's an indoor picnic room with a full-sized fridge which is perfect to bring snacks and drinks to the pool and keep them cold all day. It is important to note that the beach is WIDE in this location and will be a longer walk to get to the water. We provide a beach wagon and cart to make the walk with your beach supplies easier. Due to the location of the condo near Big Carlos Pass, you will almost always see dolphins and find beautiful shells. The walk is 100% worth it!

On the island there are restaurants, shopping, night spots, Bayside Park, Bowditch Park, marinas, and of course, Times Square and Margaritaville, favorite tourist destinations. Santini Plaza is only about one mile north of Carlos Pointe and offers shops, restaurants and a marina. You can venture down to the rest of the island by BEACH TROLLEY! Ride the Beach Trolley from one end of the island to the other, and even off island to Lovers Key State Park. An excellent public library is nearby. Bayside Park boasts live music performances and outdoor dining. Many of our guests will rent or bring bicycles for easy travel across the island. There are multiple bike storage racks on the lower level of Carlos Pointe for guest use. This could be your best vacation yet!

During peak season (Dec-April), there is a weekly minimum rental from Saturday to Saturday. Off-season bookings can vary. Please inquire for more details.
