This charming Pet Friendly Casa Playa designer studio unit is a cozy, nautical-inspired retreat with a king-sized bed dressed in a beach-themed quilt featuring coral and seashell patterns in shades of blue and white. The room includes a compact kitchenette with white cabinetry, a microwave, coffee maker, sink, and a full-sized stainless steel refrigerator, providing guests with essential conveniences. The unit has a spacious furnished lanai to enjoy the views of the bay and to enjoy the wonderful beach breeze! Light wood-style flooring and a bright, airy layout make this unit an ideal space for a relaxing beachside stay.

Casa Playa Beach Resort is equal parts fun and relaxation. Located in the highly desired north section of the island where you can walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and watersports. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the rental. We also have onsite beach games such as Corn Hole, Ring Toss, and Ring Swing to go along with our heated pool which is perfect for kids and adults alike. Watch the dolphins play as well as the most beautiful sunsets anywhere!

Casa Playa’s prime location gives guests direct access to endless beach activities, catering to all levels of adventure. There are many water sports options including paddleboarding, jet skiing, and kayaking to thrilling parasailing rides that reveal sweeping coastline views. For those seeking a laid-back experience, sunbathing, beachcombing, and shell hunting are popular pastimes, and dolphin sightings are a delightful bonus. While Casa Playa has completed most of its repairs and stands as a beautiful, welcoming beachfront retreat, Fort Myers Beach is still in the process of recovery from the impact of Hurricane Ian. Many areas and local businesses are open and others continue to rebuild better than ever before. Some Casa Playa amenities (like outdoor grills) are not available

The two condo’s next to Casa Playa are 85% complete, but are still under construction. Throughout the island you should expect to see and hear construction activity. This property is a gem. It is a little further down the beach where it is quieter but you can easily walk to the action if you feel like it. The room has everything you need for a restful weekend away. The repairs look great given the whole area was damaged so heavily by Ian. The only thing I would recommend for this room was for it to have a full length mirror or even another mirror for guests to use while if there is someone in the bathroom. Other than that, we loved it and will definitely be back!

Great location and easy access to everything in Ft Myers Beach! We didn't have a vehicle so the Uber ride to and from the airport was very easy and the free Tram runs up and down Estero Blvd all day and night so you can go everywhere! Derek and Dany in the office were very helpful and know a lot about the island! The only thing we could complain about is not having a foldable towel dryer rack for our beach towels on the balcony.

We had an excellent stay at Casa Playa. The room was super clean and had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool as well. The staff were friendly and very responsive. We will definitely return!
