"Positives: Location right on the beach. Nice beach view inside room. AC cold for hot summer weather. Parking staff very friendly. Rooms are spacious. Front desk staff very clam and nice when I inquired to leave one night early. Negatives: LOUD music from 9am to 10pm. Our room is on the 2nd floor so can’t really sit in our balcony to enjoy the beach view for too long. This hotel feels more like a motel. Bathroom felt old and dirty. Room next door had young kids crying and screaming till around 11pm (shortly after loud music stopped). Bathroom located on ground floor was very dirty. Overall, will not stay at Lani Kai again. "

"We had an amazing time here! Great location! Kayaked every morning and saw manatees! Outside Breakfast was wonderful , so many options , cereals, egg sandwiches, bagels, yogurt, bananas, apples, oatmeal, coffee, tea, juices, toast. Pool was great, staff was great, loved our stay !!"

"We had bugs in our first room. The front staff woman was absolutely wonderful and immediately moved us to an upgraded room. Unfortunately that room also had bugs/ants all over the kitchen and increased for the duration of our stay."
