Welcome to your slice of paradise on Fort Myers Beach! This stunning new 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for maximum comfort and effortless access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world via a private, deeded beach trail.

The Space
The primary suite features a luxurious king bed, a large built-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. French doors open directly from the bedroom onto the spacious screened lanai—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails in total privacy.

The additional two bedrooms are equally comfortable and private, making this the ideal retreat for families or couples traveling together.

Indoor–Outdoor Living
In the living room, large three-panel sliders open wide to blend the indoors and outdoors into one seamless living space. The lanai offers both a cozy lounge area and a dining table for six. Downstairs, you’ll find a patio with a grill, comfortable seating, and overhead lighting and fan—great for evening barbecues after a day at the beach.

Step outside and take a short stroll down your beach trail to soft white sands and turquoise Gulf waters. This part of the beach is uncrowded—perfect for swimming, shelling, and long walks.
