Even if you book elsewhere on Fort Myers Beach, I thank you for your patronage to any place you choose to help us get back on our feet. Everyone on FMB is SO grateful for that! Bless you.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are planning to rent this for a party, then this unit is NOT for you. This is NOT a party house. No house parties of any sort. You cannot invite friends and family over to use the pool unless unit and you have permission. It is for the amount of guests on the reservation. You must be 30 yo. If you feel there is an exception, please contact me. FMB is strictly enforcing this and I have been warned if it happens again, I will be fined $500 an hour until it is resolved. You will be asked to leave without refund. Sadly I have to post this. Now, there is a ring secuirty camera on the front door and camera in the back yard.

This is a charming quaint single-family little beach bungalow 2B/2B (not sure why it states 1 bath in places?) home located on the north end of FMB sleeps 6 adults in beds. 2 Adults on Queen sleeper sofa. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 15/20 minute walk to times square and the pier restaurants and bars on the way. Everything has been renovated from floor to ceiling.
There is a fenced-in very large outdoor living area with a private heated pool and hot tub. There is a charcoal BBQ out back.

There are two bedrooms and TWO bathrooms.. One bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room.

Both bedrooms, as well as the living room, have 55" Smart TVs. The living room and kitchen open up to the pool with a full view from these areas.

There are TWO bathrooms and both bathrooms have walk-in showers.

The patio/deck by the pool is undercover for outdoor dining. Chairs for the beach, a cooler, a beach wagon, and beach towels are provided.

My property manager, if available, does airport pickups and drop-offs to/from RSW and he will make a stop on the way in for groceries/liquor at the Super Walmart if needed. It is $50 for up to 4ppl and $10 per person thereafter.

Perfect for a quick getaway!

Perfectly cozy, clean house with good access to the beach and nearby restaraunts/food trucks. Pool and hot tub with covered patio were a great way to beat the afternoon heat. Came stocked with essentials and chairs/toys for the beach.

Perfect location and respite!

A great weekend getaway with that beach feeling we all are looking for! Great pool/patio, comfortable beds, plenty of room and a great kitchen! I nice way to spend family time for a quick get away. Walkable to beach, Margaritaville, and shops. Thank you!

Great beach stay

This house was a great place to spend a quiet beach escape in the winter. It’s well stocked for a beach trip, and in perfect condition. The pool and hot tub are an awesome way to end the day.

Beach vibes

Arrived at night. Welcomed in with bright beachy colors and glowing pool in the back. More than enough room for two people. Enjoyed the welcome snacks and local information. Hot tub didn't heat up and had some problems with the water draining, but nice place to stay. Place was clean and walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Maria was very responsive and answered all our questions.

The house was very nice! Clean decorated very nice and beachy! Great accommodations! Highly recommend!! Price was great for location. Walking distance beach and restaurants and shopping. Ft. Myers Beach is on its way back from Ian! Our host was great to communicate with and available if needed.

The house was all updated. Loved everything about it. Loved swimming in private pool and jacuzzi. The washer and dryer is full sized and brand new. Quiet neighborhood, and beach access very close. Beds were firm and loved how everything was decorated. I really felt at home and will come back next Summer.

Amazing stay! My husband and I came down for a much needed get away. The house was so comfortable and inviting and had everything we could ever think of needing. Maria was so welcoming! I really could not recommend this home any more. They have maximized every space and made it a great week. The pool and hot tub were beautiful!!! Perfect Little Bungalow

Stayed for 2 nights after spending 5 days on Marco Island. Was the perfect way to end the vacation. House is great for 2 adult couples looking to just relax and chill. Pool and hot tub are great and the house was very clean and had everything you could need and more in the kitchen and bathrooms. Easy walk to the beach and less than 10 min walk to bars and restaurants. Can't say enough nice things about Maria, the owner. She was extremely responsive and very welcoming. Highly recommended if you are looking for an easy, low-key getaway. Great to see the area recovering!

Small House with a Big Punch

This house is perfect. Super clean, the right amount of space and every amenity you might need. Lots of little extras are a very nice touch. Made some great meals in the well-appointed kitchen and grill outside...and the backyard is truly a relaxing oasis. Communication and check-in was seamless and owner was quick to respond to our questions. Couldn't ask for much more. Ft Myers Beach is coming back strong too. Don't hesitate to head down there and stay here. Wonderful weekend!

Family getaway on FMB

Overall, our experience with Maria and the property on Pearl Street was fantastic. The property was clean, newer looking, decorated well, and had everything we needed. The pool was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 (3 kids, ages 10, 8, and ). We also were very impressed with how easy it was to get to the beach. The wagon provided by the property was also very helpful for our beach gear. We contacted Maria a couple of times with questions we had, and her response time was just excellent. She was an amazing host, and we couldn't recommend her enough. We hope to be back to this property in the near future!

New property

Great location as easy to beach and downtown. Good for 2 couples or small family. Both bathrooms are outside of the bedrooms, which is a little inconvenient. We were the first to stay at this place after the remodel from Ian damage and the pool didn't work. Since it was over New Years they couldn't fix for 2 days, but they did resolve with a new pump.

Great Two Night Stay in Well Equipped and Fantastically Located Cottage

We had a great stay at Maria's home. The location is fantastic, the outdoor area is wonderful, communication with the host was great, and beds were very comfortable. We had some difficulties figuring out the heating for the pool and hot tub but when this happened Maria was extremely responsive. The outsoor space is very private and relaxing. The location is awesome - so close to the beach. The snacks and coffee with creamers ready in the fridge were a nice touch. The interior space is a bit tight, which we felt because of some bad weather during our stay, but totally doable for a family of four. Overall, this is an awesome spot in FMB!

Short End of Summer Getaway

We had a great time in this cute little home. The neighborhood is close to the beach and restaurants and is very quiet. We were hoping for a few relaxing days, and we could not have been more pleased. Maria had many "extras" like plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, toiletries, floats, snacks, etc. which made the place easy to just go in and enjoy. I have no complaints at all but would note that the home is small and ideal for a small group and the slider to the pool area is hard to open so it may not be suited for more aged guests or anyone without a lot of arm strength. I went with one other person, so it was cute, perfect for us, and the difficulty sliding the door open made us laugh a lot so NO COMPLAINTS! It was spotless and perfect for us. It was a great place for us, and I would stay here again.

Perfect bungalow for 8!

María has a lovely property ready and well equipped to be enjoy! It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, we enjoyed walks during the day and at night. Downtown fort Meyers is a 15 min walk. We brought our dog with us and lovely walk to the end of the street as well to enjoy the inter-coastal wind and view. The property itself is very well laid out! Everything is a as pictured or better! Kitchen fully stocked with accessories of all sorts, including BBQ tools and everything you can think of needing! Maria was great in communicating with us. Flexibility of early check in or late check out with advance notice and possibly some small fee. The pool was perfect to enjoy after coming back from the beach. We traveled with our parents in their 60’s, and our kids 10/12. The house was perfect for all ages. Spent a lovely Mother’s Day weekend there! Thank you Maria looking forward to being back soon!
