The Space:
Sand Dollar Unit #1 is part of a stunning four-unit waterfront canal property with shared pool and dock, right across the street from the beach! This PET-FRIENDLY ground-level one-bedroom features a King bed plus twin-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Also has one bathroom with a walk-in shower, kitchen fully stocked with plateware and amenities and private patio.
Watch the sunrise with your cup of coffee from the poolside patio, fish from the dock on the canal, or lay out by the pool (shared among the four units on this beach property.

It was such a pleasant experience staying in Sand Dollar #1. The whole unit is newly renovated and very clean. Very convenient location only a couple blocks from the beach. The water channel just steps away was very cool and a dolphin came in very close at high tide. I would definitely stay there again!

Accommodations were great. Property very nice, clean and comfortable and it was up to date. Bed very comfy. Unit clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Pool area very relaxing and plenty of chairs. Close beach access to a very wide beautiful beach. Not far to Publix and Santini to the south. Definitely would stay here again. TriPower is excellent to work with, their customer service is very good.

Was familiar w/ area having vacationed 2x a year for 20+ years especially that end of estero blvd.Was disappointed re: tv..was told by tripower i could get local tv channels live& that was not how it was...smart tv w / pre programmed shows.( not cable tv)Everything else in rental was great,very clean& nicely decorated beach style.Met owner& she was very nice .

TriPower was a known to us so we trusted their recommendation on this property as we needed a ground level. It was more than we anticipated. The unit is freshly done following the hurricane so all new everything and a great shower. It was tastefully furnished and very comfortable in all ways. The kitchen is adequately appointed, has a dishwasher, and even a grill a few steps from the door. There are "touch" lamps at the bedside which were so convenient to use and ample power outlets everywhere. It has a very large closet with lots of storage for your stay! A lovely pool made our patio even more relaxing and inviting. TriPower staff werre attentive for any minor issue. The setting is very pleasing and makes for relaxation when in the unit.Go---enjoy the pool and canal setting!
