We are Back! Beach Daze; 720' to the beach with all the amenities of home. This recently updated pool home, walking distance to restaurants is an awesome place to enjoy your vacation or a quick weekend getaway. This upper level apartment offers 2 bedrooms plus a sofa sleeper, 2 baths & fully equipped kitchen. The deck with screened Lanai is the perfect place for conversation, relaxation or morning Joe. The salt-water pool is shared with the lower unit. Beach access at the end of Lovers Ln. Town Registration # R250219

The owner provides start up supplies of paper goods and soaps etc. Please replenish according to your needs.

Electronic SMART door locks provided. Guests will be provided the access code a few days prior to self-check in.

We really enjoyed our stay on Lovers Lane! The home was very clean, had everything you would need and is just a short walk across the main road to the beach. Communication with Sandy was very prompt and easy. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful beach home:)

Very conveinent to the beach

The owners of Lovers Lane house has thought of the neccessities one might need when staying away at a home away from home. All the beach gear was great including a cooler and beach tug to get our things to the beach. The house was spotless and instuctions were very clear and thorough! The location of this house is its absolute best selling point. Would have been nice to have a drying rack for wet suits before packing up, but we managed to dry our clothes by improvising with the step ladder. The garbage bin is unfortunately located under one of the windows of the bedrooms and we could smell somebody's fish dinner from the night before in the bedroom. We were able to shut the window, turn on the fan and we no longer smelled the leftovers baking in the heat. Bad timing on our part as if they bins were collected before we arrived, we would never have noticed. Great location and we had everything we needed for our short two night stay.

Weekend Getaway

The pictures were an accurate representation of the property. It was great to be able to take our two small dogs on a weekend away. I would recommend to the cleaning crew to clean with products that contain bleach and perhaps some air fresheners. Also there were no finishing touches with folded swan towels etc. The walk to the beach was easy. You cross Estero Blvd and one other little street to get to the Beach Access trail. There were nice chairs to use on the beach along with a cooler. There is a good breakfast diner in the Sea Grape Plaza next door. The walk to Times Square was only a mile away which was great since I usually stay 4 miles away! Sandy was very responsive to answer any questions that came up and the neighbors were quiet.

Perfect spot!

Owners were very easy to reach and accommodating. The screened in porch was a perfect spot to gather. Access to the beach is quick. Many restaurants close. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

Lovers Lane is a wonderful rental in Ft Myers Beach. Brian and Sandy Longust keep their property in top shape. There are bikes, a grill, and plenty of Beach equipment for your use and enjoyment. We'll be back next year.

We loved this house..

We love staying at the property…Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The host was very thoughtful when decorating the property. It had everything we could’ve needed. It was super clean , cozy and well kept. The house is spacious enough to fit all 6 with no problem. The beds were very comfortable. The Location is incredible as its only a few steps from the beach. Great find in FMB.

Disappointed

We booked for Thanksgiving 2021 and arrived to find the refrigerator did not work. There are really no words to describe the disaster that ensued. The owners chose NOT to call an appliance repair person although we notified them immediately after checking in Our Thanksgiving groceries all spoiled, and we had no choice but to leave the next day, disappointing all 4 kids who were so excited about this vacation. This could have been managed much more professionally by the owners. The disregard for our time and money was shameful, and created chaos and tremendous disappointment for two families Rather than take responsibility and be accountable for fixing the problem, the owner engaged in a blaming and foolish dialogue, with limited regard for the untenable position she had put us in by refusing to have the fridge repaired immediately, apologizing for the inconvenience to our families, and offering some type of compensation for the inconvenience we were subjected to. After we involved VRBO, we were refunded our money and compensated for the groceries . Hopefully our next rental will go substantially better. We won’t be returning to this one

A perfect getaway.

This property is perfectly tucked away from the beach traffic. It’s has everything you may need to cook and clean. A minute walk to the beautiful beach. Living space was very comfortable. Definitely would book again.

Amazing property steps to the beach

This property was everything we were looking for in a family getaway. Everything that we needed was on the property. Very close to the beach and close enough to the pier to enjoy some night life. Will definitely book this place again.

Lover's Lane was terrific

We really enjoyed our vacation. The rental was very clean and had all the amenities you could think of. The location was great and was only a block away from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. They had all the beach stuff that you need to enjoy a day at the beach. The screen porch was also very nice for breakfast and playing cards in the evening. It was great.

Sketchy way of business - dirty place

We’ve been looking forward to this trip for a long time and we’re pretty disappointed with the owner from an early stage. We booked our reservation in July and shortly from the initial correspondence we were requested that we complete an additional agreement outside of VRBO’s policies that requested credit card info and personal data including address, and contact info that was already provided to VRBO; phone, email name etc. when I questioned the policy she indicated it was in case of any incidents. I ignored it and stalled for months. We already made a deposit. I reached out to VRBO team was instructed to not complete the form. The owner said she would let it pass this time. She then asked for everyone’s name and ages that was occupying the residence. I provided these details. I wasn’t going to argue for risk of not having a place. The week of our trip I anticipated the access details and check in/out information to be sent to us, since we still had not received any updates. I sent a message the night before and was informed that all of the details were sent via Bookerville early that week. Why was this done outside of VRBO? Here I am the night before panicking my reservation could have fallen through because the listing to the place was no longer available online. All I had was an address and a confirmation number. I contacted the owner and they let me know details were sent outside of VRBO by Bookerville. We arrived to the premises and there was dirt/ dust/ debris all over the floors, there was a left over frozen dinner on the side table, hair in the shower, stains on top of the bedspread and pillows, and first plate in the stack of dishes was dirty. We all had to wear shoes in the house after cleaning our feet because it was so gross to walk on the floors. I wanted to alert the owners but was unable to send them a message via the reservation, everything was gone! I couldn’t connect to our message history anymore! I understand that VRBO or like company is not responsible for the lack of care and cleanliness the owner has provided, but I would hope that the owner is not receiving our full payment. We had to clean the place. We swept and cleaned dishes just so we could eat. At least the sheets appeared to be clean...
