Air-conditioning didnt work, bathroom floor was heated and you couldn't switch it off - both combined on a hot summers day meant we really couldn't sleep well.
Asked the staff to look into the air-conditioning and they didnt do anything to help.
Additionally we put up a do not disturb sign but still received a knock on the door at 9am for room cleaning. Considering we were only staying 1 night this was neither needed or relevant.
Wouldn't stay again

"Very long delay to check in due to laundry issues at the hotel. Then our room smelled terribly of smoke. They did allow us to switch rooms but the delays took over 2 hours. The pool was warm but very small and closed very early. The restaurant food and room service were excellent!"
