Little piece of paradise !
We've stayed at quite a few properties as we like to try to get away as much as possible!! This is by far our favorite!! Very roomy , very clean , well stocked ! Owners were very accommodating to any request!!! We will definitely be back !

Spring Break 2024
What a wonderful house in a great neighborhood. We loved everything about our stay. The proximity to Laughlin and oatman was nice. The area was quiet and the morning sitting outside by the lake was awesome. We all loved the pool and hot tub! The house was immaculate and each of us had our own bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Had a funeral in the area. This home was amazing to come home to. After a few long emotional days it was so nice to feel like being home. This house is a must stay at for anyone looking in the area. You will not be disappointed.

Very nice property on the water!
This well appointed and spacious home on the water was ideal for a couple nights stay with friends. Multiple bedrooms to choose from and all the amenities needed to make the stay comfortable. The only recommendation I would make for the owners is to include a better directions on how to use the Traeger grill. That was a bit confusing and took a very long time for growing. Other than that, it was a great place to stay with all the amenities needed for relaxing vacation.

Super clean home with a great view.
Due to a horrible wind/rain storm, we found ourselves spending more time in this home than we had anticipated. However, the incredible glass wall with lake views, huge TV and extremely comfortable seating made it all OK. I would not hesitate to rent this home if you are in the area.

Home was very nice! The most updated, clean, comfortable place we have ever rented on VRBO. The view out the water was lovely. Too cool and windy while we visited in early February to be able to use the amenities but appeared well maintained also. Enjoyed our stay.

House was beautiful and Robert was an exceptional host.. we came here to relax and enjoy the weather. We achieved both of those in double. The house, the neighborhood and Robert exceeded our expectations. If you want to enjoy some time with a little golf, maybe some gambling, relaxing, or even taking a utv out for a spin in the hills this is the place for you! I will be coming back!!!

This property was the ideal home for us during Thanksgiving holiday. Only thing that was wrong is the master bedroom comforter had an area that was stained or not cleaned. Unsure, but that didn't affect our stay as guests. No biggy. Out family would love to stay at this home again in 2022. Thanks again to the owners. Perfect get away
A beautiful home to enjoy with family! The hot tub and pool had little to no people. We did fishing right from the back patio and successfully caught fish! The house has everything and comfortable for everyone. Thank you, Robert for being a great host!

Great getaway to the desert or the river!
This house was beautiful and well appointed with everything you might need during your stay. The HOA has a heated pool, spa, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, horseshoes....all the fun activities. If you just want some peace and quiet, sit out on your private patio and watch the ducks (and maybe even a great blue heron) go by. The gated community makes you feel safe and secure while being just minutes away from all the conveniences of the cities of Bullhead, Mohave Valley, and Laughlin. Rent a boat for the day and enjoy a trip down the Colorado River to Lake Havasu. If you're looking to ATV.. this is the place! You can access all the trails from here. Wanna golf? They have that too. Robert and Ericka were the most gracious hosts, answering any questions we had to make sure we relaxed and enjoyed our vacation. The beds are comfortable, the living room has a HUGE TV, the master bathroom has a soaking tub and a beautiful walk in shower, double sinks and plenty of room to get ready for your day of activity. The other 2 bedrooms and bathroom are also comfortable and are great for a family to spread out and relax. One of the best vacations we have had!

Great accommodations, convenient location
This property was outstanding. Very roomy, well appointed, terrific patio on the water and a extremely quiet and safe neighborhood. Robert our property manager provided outstanding customer service and was very responsive to every question we had. The location is very convenient to Laughlin, Bullhead city and Lake Havasu area. We even drove to Joshua Tree National park. We have booked our return for next year and I would recommend this property to anyone.

Absolutely Amazing Home With Absolutely Amazing Owners!!!
We feel so incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to stay at Robert and Eriks's vacation rental. This house does not disappoint; it is beautiful, clean and very welcoming. The open living areas are great for eating, cooking or relaxing with friends and family. We loved the lake on the back side of the house and the reflection off the lake made for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The home was fully equipped to accommodate any and all needs we had during stay. While the house is absolutely amazing, owners Robert and Erika are the reason that our stay was special and will be a weekend we will always remember. Los Lagos retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed the home which was super clean and presented exactly as was described. Great views of the lake and 5 minutes from Los Lagos golf course. The owners Robert and Erika are extremely accommodating and a pleasure to interact with. You will love this property, 5 star!

The Best Experience with VRBO!
My wife and I travel extensively and have stayed at many resorts, this home has all the amenities of a world class resort. The real gem however was the hospitality of the owners/property manager. They were kind, professional and down-right good people. I am recommending this home to you. It is very clean and there's is lots to do around area. Hiking, the lake, tennis or relaxing around the heated pool. You will love the new Trager smoker! Thank you for making our vacations an outstanding experience.

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful community. The house is on a small lake where it's easy to enjoy the well appointed patio. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds & linens are comfortable and it's very clean. The only thing that would have made it more convenient for 6 adults would be a half bath (this house has 1 bathroom in addition to the master bedroom bath)

Strongly recommend staying here! Such a beautiful home, and the beds were very comfy! Check in/out process was a breeze and it was in a great location we drove down to the river near the Laughlin strip but on the Bullhead side, it took us about 20 mins not bad at all! All around this place was 10/10!!

Everything about this home is welcoming. It is a beautiful home - clean, neat and well-appointed. The view from the patio is amazing, we enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable chairs. The house is so much prettier in person. We had a lovely stay the beds were beyond comfortable and the thoughtful touches and aesthetic atmosphere were welcoming. The view of the back yard to the lake is relaxing. My kids enjoyed the big pool, for me and my husband the jacuzzi was the best way to finish our busy days . Best Place Ever!!
The property is absolutely amazing. The owners were very responsive in answering any questions we had. There were 3 couples staying there and it was such a comfortable place with plenty of room. The house was stocked with everything we could have needed. We ate all of our meals outside, enjoying the outside deck. We will definitely be a return guest! Beautiful home with an outstanding view!
The owners thought of everything to make you feel at home and pampered. From the high end coffee maker to the plush bath towels, I couldn't ask for more. The home is decorated beautifully and designed for comfort. My only negative was the beautiful plates are "microwave safe," but don't try to microwave precooked bacon. We had a plate break in the microwave while heating. Next time I'll bring paper plates for this. We definitely plan on a return trip!!!

We had a great time. This house is amazing. Full kitchen with state of the art appliances. Commercial washer/dryer. Beautiful floors and counter tops. Master bath is so awesome you won’t want to leave. It reminded me of home and have us inspiration for our own house. We are in the middle of updating and this house have us some very nice ideas. Linens are top of the line. House is furnished With beautiful accents of grays and whites. Outdoor seating on the patio is very nice and relaxing. With electric bbq. Nest thermostats to keep the house nice and cool. Kitchen is stocked with glasses and coffee cups plates and utensils for anything you want to cook. Please keep take care of this house people. We would like to come back annually and stay. Thank you Brian and Char for being such awesome hosts. Your house is beautiful and we look forward to staying again.
