"Chose this motel for location close to hospital and Southgate Mall. Small side-street, no traffic. Helpful, friendly staff. The room's heater/fan had a thermostat and seemed to work fine. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. There was a sharp edge on the desktop that needs to be repaired. We could not figure out the TV control, and the staff was helpful, but this TV system was not the best setup. The dining area was small and overcrowded at peak breakfast time, but meal options were good. The room had a refrigerator and microwave - we used both. Will stay here again. "

"As always The Wren was an exceptional place to stay. Welcoming to pups and the employees who Checked us in and checked us out were friendly and fun to chat with. There was one exception. As we were leaving we asked for a towel from the front desk. Our dog had jumped in the river and we wanted to dry him off a bit before we got in the car. It looked as though the employees were having a meeting. One man looked at us and said, we only have towels with urine on them. We were taken aback a little. I informed him that we had stayed there and paid the $35 pet fee. Your property doesn’t have towels at the desk? It was very off putting. We love The Wren we will stay there again but that guy was a jerk. To reiterate it was not any employee that checked us in or out. They were great! Whoever that other guy is during the morning huddle is not a good representation of your property. "

"Perfect little spot for our weekend in Missoula! Quite little neighborhood, the home is beautiful and has all the accommodations! The absolutely appreciated the bottled water in the fridge. The only thing I will say for others is if you have a big truck like us, parking can be tight. But we made it work! "

"Such a cozy, comfortabe place. Despite being right in the middle of a thriving part of Missoula, the room was quite and peaceful. Clean and tastefully decorated. Had everything I could possibly need plus extra! I'd definitely love to stay here again. "

"We came to Missoula for a university graduation and early Christmas. House had everything we needed for our stay. Even had some Christmas decorations. Good location for university and downtown trips. Not far from airport. Enjoyed it very much."

"What a lovely and welcoming accommodation!! So clean and well equipped! Perfect for 2 couples with separate bathrooms and a large gathering space. A beautiful and open daylight basement!! Would definitely stay again!! A great location as missoula is so busy we felt out in the country but great accessibility to town. Very friendly and accommodating host!!"
