The Hotel had been shut down a couple of days before arriving and we weren't notified by Hotels.com or the Hotel itself.

Rude and unprofessional guest services. The room we got was in a horrible condition; the bath tub was constantly flowing, there were toothpaste spots in the sink, hairs on the bathroom tiles, no bed comforter... Our room even got flooded during the night and they refused to give us any sort of compensation whatsoever. DO NOT recommand this hotel!!!

Weekend Trip

Clean room with very comfortable bed and hot shower. Short walk for food (4 minutes) but nothing in hotel but vending machines. Very nice staff and helpful. No checking in early. Gotta wait till 3.

pool out of order no blow dryer flooded front desk was having personal call and checking people in . House keeper walked in while I was naked ... even with the do not disturb sign on door.

In major need of an overhaul!

This hotel is in need of a MAJOR renovation. Or just knock it down and start all over. The walls are crumbling, the toilets and faucets run constantly, bed linens had cigarette burns and stains, no phone in the room to call the front desk, everything is falling apart. With all that being said, my room did feel clean. It's just in really bad shape. The front desk staff were a joy to deal with however.

The property is a mess from the inside to the outside. The pool isn’t open on the weekend, which sucks. The hotel rooms smell like cigarettes and the rooms are unsanitary. Locks didn’t work properly, whater stains everywhere, weird stains on the sheets, and the toilet didn’t have a seat. The employees were very nice and understanding but the hotel itself was a big unsatisfactory and unsanitary mess. This hotel need some serious remodeling if it wants to stay in business.

Don’t stay here

My room was cancelled when I got there to check in after driving hours to get there. I had to argue for a room and for five people got one bed so some of us had to sleep on the floor. We couldn’t even get extra pillows. The nine smoking section reeked of cigarettes anyway. No fridge in room, toilet didn’t flush, I was extremely disappointed but was happy we literally only had to sleep there and leave 😡

Je ne la recommande pas ... toilettes sales, mauvais odeurs dans les aires comunes, un soire l’élévateur marche pas (on était au 8 étage). A notre arrivé la réserve n’était dans le système (un chance qu’il y avait de chambres disponibles). Par contre très bonne ubicación, facile d’y aller à NY City.

I stayed here because it was close to my daughters’s dance competition venue..After walking in to a smelly lobby, I was given a room key only to walk into an already occupied room..I went to front desk and the girl didn’t really seemed phased, we get handed another room, the room smelled awful, and the bathroom was disgusting, I luckily brought cleaning supplies and I cleaned the dirty tub...after a few hours a received a call that my room was cancelled..in which I answered that I was already checked in. And the girl said “oh, my bad” Overall I’d never stay here again! It was gross!

I liked that our room had a balcony, although there was no screen door and the glass door was off its tracks which made opening and closing a little difficult. Speaking of doors, the bathroom door was kind of broken. The comforters had cigarette burns, and the bath towels had stains/hair. I found someone's leftover trash under the bed. The beds were fine and the lamps worked. The room is pretty spacious and did not smell as bad as I was expecting (for being a smoke room).

The hotel itself had an off smell the left side of the elevator is the only one that works, when I got into my room the tub was stained yellow with black holes in it. The knob part of the shower was falling off and the faucet was leaning off of the wall. The tv kept freaking out which made it almost impossible to watch. I was just utterly disappointed and if I had the chance I would definitely choose against this hotel.

This place was just not well cared for. Dirty. Bath could not be fully turned off. Toilet constantly ran. Elevator took forever when working. A party down stairs went on until 4am. Participants arguing. Music blasting and vibrating through at least up to the second floor. Staff was nice enough but seemed as about as interested in doing their job as management was at providing a nice property. Would not return.
