Dear Cindy: First we are glad that you ENJOYED the location!! You stated you were with an attorney however could not open the door with a simple keypad and we dispatch maintenance for you however you refused to pay Jose who drove from West Palm Beach to train on how to open the door. What makes it worst is that even a 2 year of child can use this simple keypad. Regardless we understand that you are an attorney When you entered the property with Jose you mentioned nothing that you stated in the review, matter of fact he was there for a good 30 minutes, so its perplexing that you would drum up a list of things We understand that we cannot make everyone happy and hope you find a host more suitable for you next time

Dear Jonathan: We are very sorry that you got kicked out of the property for falsifying occupancy and not paying for parking additional cars. In addition the house rules you were also advised verbally of the ramifications of falsifying occupancy. All guests are required to help with bins roll in and roll out schedule, this too is listed in the house rules. Tampering with the a/c vents is prohibited this is also listed for you in writing as well, we did dispatch a technician to open the vents for you which you closed again and thereafter the owners made a decision to remove you as you were falsifying occupancy in addition to parking. We have been in the real estate field for over 25+ years and in Real Estate the most important thing is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, which this property undisputedly has!! We are glad you found the location suitable for your family All guests are required to let us know of anything not to their satisfaction WITHIN 60 minutes of checking-in. This is listed in the paperwork and then again reiterated once again in the check-in instructions. You checked in at 1pm instead of 5.30pm and this caused the entire home to shut down as this is a smart home. Furthermore the Owners IT personal asked that you do NOT block the American Flag and the Fire Lane which clearly has signs stating NO PARKING, as this causes the maintenance personnel such as the pool company and the landscaping company not being able to service or enter the property as you were parked in the NO PARKING area blocking the American Flag. While, we understand that these things cause you to be upset, however your concerns are not well founded. The beds are not memory foam mattresses but more on the medium side as some people are unhappy about their back hurting with memory foam mattresses. Thus the owners must do a balancing act of having beds that is suitable for all

Yes it is the owners policy to have everyone review the house rules as this is a high end property located on Fort Lauderdale Beach The check-in time is listed for you PRIOR to you choosing to book, no sure why it was missed out on your end The house rules read in English that all guests are required to help with trashbins as this is home and Ritz Carlton or the Trump Towers or the Marriot Harbor Beach, all located within 5 minutes walking distance on Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd and from this property!! We are very sorry that you found it troublesome to roll the bins outside. Some customers are extremely demanding for those we recommend instead the Ritz Carlton located just a few blocks away!

Dear Jamie: Firstly thank you for allowing us to host you and we are pleased that you found the property extremely spacious for your entire group. Also happy to know that you enjoyed the pool and the backyard. Matter of fact this property features one of the biggest swimming pools and the biggest backyard in the Harbor Beach and is built on water, basically if the house was not there then you be floating on the beach instead. In addition all four-bedrooms are located in separate and individual corners thus allowing you maximum privacy You stated that one of the bedrooms was chirping an alarm, its odd that even thought we communicated with you throughout your stay that this was never mentioned. This is a smoke detector required by law and the chirping noise almost always is a battery that needs to be changed. Were we notified of this during your stay then we would have immediately rectified this i.e. changed the battery in the smoke detector You stand absolutely correct about the dog signs, this is because the property is located on Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd, which as you know, is a very famous blvd and everyone like to walk on Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. The reason why the owners have the dog signs is that no John Doe can walk over on to the property, basically for safety and security of our guests and the property. However the check-in instructions which we shared with you clearly states to please disregard the dog signs You stand correct they do not provide pool or beach towels as it is human impossible for the cleaning crew to wash the quantity of towels during the limited period of changeover after each guest however we specify this once again in the check-in instructions as well The pool heat and the washer and dryer are add-ons as the owners like to make it affordable for the majority of people rather then to charge everyone for a Rolls Royce when in fact they are only wanting a Toyota or a Ford With respect to the signage stating no noise outside, this is a state law that all properties are required to abide with, basically you are 100% correct that there are plenty of signs reminding you of complying with state law We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and found us to be super attentive and responsive!

Dear Sarah: Even though you made a last minute booking it is nice to know that you were able to walk to the convention center due to the fantastic location of this property and that you also did not have to pay for taxi You booked as ONE occupant HOWEVER, there were FIFTEEN (15) guests that checked-in instead. When the owners personnel send us this footage asking for you to be kicked out, we reached out to you and you stated you that your intent was NOT to falsify occupancy. However, you then agreed to amend your booking to reflect 8 occupants and stated that the remaining folks would were there just attending a dinner party and would leave soon. However it did not stop there, you then stated that since you do not have car that we please add on washer and dryer for you at no cost, which once again we complied. Please be advised that falsifying occupancy violation of state law and all guests need to be registered and disclosed You are absolutely correct that the mini-bathroom shower does not have a divider as it is a bathroom similar to the mini bathrooms you find a in yacht. However the door has a special paint so the door acts as the divider instead of a shower curtain that most are accustomed to. Thank you for your feedback about the water pressure, this is a problem with the municipality which can happen once in a blue moon, its a shame that you had to experiencing low water pressure which we have no control over however we have checked and the pressure is normal

Great that you found the home spacious and enjoyed the fully fenced backyard patio pool area!! This is smart home and the light bulbs will not turn on if the sun is shining. You are correct that 2 of the bedrooms have chrome portable hanging racks to hang clothes and credenzas to place other things. The racks are easy to move to a different area should the guest desire however closets cannot be moved, guess they choose flexibility for the guest The 4th bedroom by the kitchen features its mini full bathroom perfect for kids. The great thing about this property (or in real estate in general) is location, location, location (which this property has) along with the shear massive size fully fenced in backyard and massive pool We are sorry that you were not allowed to park 4 vehicles even though you offered the owners money, this is not something within our control :(
