This single story 4 bedroom home is the most notable home in the historical Colee Hammock area of Ft. Lauderdale. The 2 Common areas provide plenty of space for any group. There is adequate sleeping space… 3 Queen beds, 4 twin beds, 1 full bed, 1 pull out sofa, and 1 futon ensures that everyone in your group sleeps comfortably. Barbeque on the deck and eat under the covered porch. Walk out your bedroom door to the sun deck and Private Heated pool. The home is just steps from the world famous Las Olas Blvd, home to all the local shops, restaurants, and hot spots. You will be located right in the center of it all. The home has a beautiful backyard with pool and very large deck area which are the focal point of the house. We also have a six seater street legal golf cart rental option with sound system. The coolest way to cruise up and down Las Olas blvd and A1A beach Blvd. if your decide to reserve one with your reservation it will be charged, delivered and ready for you upon arrival.

This property was perfect for the group of 11 we had for a bachelor party. Everyone was able to have a bed and there was plenty of space in the common areas. The pool/backyard and location are the best features, we were within walking distance or a quick Uber ride to Las Olas and the beach.

10 of us stayed here for a friends celebration and had a great time. The backyard is beautiful and the pool was amazing! The owners were super responsive and met all of our needs. Just a note the kitchen is pretty small - we only cooked breakfast so it was totally fine. Would recommend.

We stayed at this property as part of an annual guys get together. The owner was excellent at keeping an open line of communication. The outdoor patio was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect rental for my family who came down for my Mom's birthday. Our host was very accommodating & check in was a breeze. We were met at the house & given the tour. The rooms were perfect for adults & kids. Once they got the wifi codes they were into their games!!! The patio was a great gathering place in the evening & the pool was definitely a hit!! We will definitely rent again!!!

There were 8 of us that stayed at the property for a bachelor party and we had a great time. The back yard was a perfect little oasis for hanging out by the pool. It was in a prime location to get downtown, but also a short drive to the golf courses and the harbor. The property managers were very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend the place for anyone looking to get away.

My family and I stayed in this home for what was a very enjoyable stay in a terrific location. The backyard was superb with a nice pool and an open layout to lounge with you family or friends. The beach was only one mile away and you are within walking distance to Las Olas Blvd. and all of its wonderful restaurants and shops. Bill, the owner was very welcoming and at our attention for our questions, etc. I would definitely stay again!

This house was a pleasure to stay at. Everything you need is right there from the inside of the house to the outside. We were a family of 12 people staying there and the house was very comfortable providing enough room for all of us. Las Olas was a walk away to some great restaurants and shopping. The owner was a pleasure to talk to and very accommodating. I would certainly recommend this home to anyone (as a matter of fact I already did) and would consider staying there again. Thank you Bill for a great family memory.

A large group of girls stayed at the house for my bachelorette party and it was perfect! The house is more spacious than it appears online and has a great layout so no one feels on top of one another. It is also decorated really cool. The beds and couches are all comfortable. The backyard is truly a peaceful oasis. Great table set up for meals, awesome lounging couches and chairs, and beautiful greenery all around! And the pool doesn't hurt either. It's an easy walk to a fantastic beach (about a mile) or a quick, cheap uber down the road. Bill was also an incredible help throughout the weekend. He was attentive to anything I asked him and made sure we felt right at home. Overall, Bill really catered to our large group and I was so appreciative. Bill is great! Thanks again for a great stay! Hope to be back again!

The location was very good and is close to main strip with many things to do. We enjoyed the close proximity for dining and entertainment. However, the house itself needs major attention both inside and out. It has/had potential, but has largely been let go (or recent renters have really banged it up). Be aware the pictures are very dated (e.g. the main picture shows a Jacuzzi which hasn't been there for years). The back yard, deck and all the outdoor furniture is in very rough shape. You should plan to wear sandals at all times given the condition of the deck (nail pops and dirty). We expressed our concerns to the owner and caretaker who, to their credit, did try to be responsive, but there was honestly too much work to complete with a quick trip to the house. You will definitely know you're in someones house given all the personal pictures everywhere and most all the closets are locked and noted as owner storage (we just lived out of our suitcases while there). Overall we did enjoy our stay, but we learned a lot more about what questions to ask prior to renting a property. If you're looking for a place to crash for a large party of people this may fit the void, but if your a family or couple of families looking to leverage both location and the outdoor features of the house I would not recommend this property for the cost.

This house was perfect for our bachelorette party and the back deck / pool area exceeded our expectations! The +'s: Plenty of beds / showers to accommodate 10 ladies, bars / restaurants in walking distance, and any uber ride to the surrounding areas were under $10. I would suggest the owner upload new photos as the property is nicer than presented here and some of the room photos were inaccurate. However, we would definitely stay here again!

Had a pretty large group of guys staying in Ft. Lauderdale for an extended weekend. This spot was exactly what we needed. The back yard / pool area is fantastic. House was spacious enough for everyone to fit comfortably, and the location is fantastic.

The house is a great spot for a group of friends. There is plenty of space with a great backyard for hanging out. The host was very friendly with easy communication and does his best to be on your side and make your trip as enjoyable as possible. It is in a great location that’s walking distance from plenty of restaurants and bars. Some of the outdoor amenities are a bit worn out (which is to be expected from a house that hosts larger parties) but it is definitely usable. I highly recommend considering this house for your stay and the host should keep up the good work!
