Relax in this spacious, stylish 1-bedroom apartment, nestled in a peaceful and centrally located retreat. The apartment features a luxurious Queen-size bed with a premium mattress and pillows, a full bathroom, Smart TVs, and a cozy living and dining area—an ideal space for both work trips and vacations.

Take advantage of a fully stocked coffee station and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dishwasher, and an on-site laundry machine. For added convenience, you’ll have your own one designated parking spot can fit 2 sedans with one car parked behind the other. Extra guest parking available—perfect for long-term stays. Plus, there are no stairs to worry about!

The Master Bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a Queen-size bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, fresh linens, blackout curtains, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The attached Master Bathroom features a rejuvenating shower with great water pressure, as well as one bath towel and personal towel per guest, along with the convenience of an on-site laundry machine.

Our Fully Stocked Kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including modern appliances, cookware, utensils, silverware, and dishes.

Please note that the building consists of 6 units, with 5 other long-term rentals, so there may be some occasional traffic. However, you'll enjoy the privacy of your own parking space and separate entrance to the apartment. An EV charger is also available for your convenience.

For a smooth and seamless stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the reservation, a signed rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the name on the ID matches the reservation details, ID, and credit card on file. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Very Clean and Well Equipped

Our stay was for one night as we were waiting to move into our new home. The place was clean and quiet which was what we were looking for. Communication with the property owner was very responsive and he provided explicit details on location of the property, driving directions, and accessing the property. We will recommend this place to our guests if additional lodging is needed.
