The Ultimate Beach Bungalow is located in the only beachside neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, less than a 30-second walk to the sand. Beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out, this home delivers the ultimate beach vacation experience. Whether you're traveling with family or escaping with friends, the house comfortably accommodates three couples and children, or up-to 10 adults creating the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable stay.

LOCATION

Just steps from the beach.. and we mean steps... 115 to be exact and you are in the ocean.. and only 1.5 miles from both Lauderdale-by-the-Sea to the north with a fishing peir and some of the best local seafood resturants and Las Olas Boulevard to the south with world famous resturants and shopping, you'll enjoy easy access to some of Fort Lauderdale's best restaurants, shops, coffee houses, and attractions.

But you dont have to go far. three of the most famous places to eat are less than a half a mile a way... As soon as you step inside the house, you'll notice this isn't your typical vacation rental—it feels like a true home away from home. That's because it is. We personally stay here throughout the year, which is why you'll find thoughtful details, high-quality furnishings, comfortable bedding, and personal touches throughout the home.

The heart of the house is the bright and open living area, featuring a plush sectional sofa that's perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Gather with family and friends around the large 82-inch flat-screen TV with Live TV and streaming services for movie nights and quiet evenings in.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, generous counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or cooking a sunset dinner with family and friends, you'll feel right at home.

The indoor dining table comfortably seats 8 guests, while a second dining area just outside the back door seats another 6 guests. Together, they create the perfect space for family meals, game nights, conversations, and making memories.

REST & RECHARGE

All four bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. Three bedrooms feature luxurious king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom includes cozy bunk beds with 4 singles that comfortably sleep up to four guests.

BEACH READY

One of the biggest advantages of staying here? No need to rent beach equipment. The home includes beach chairs, beach tents, boogie boards, and other beach essentials, so you can spend less time planning and more time enjoying the ocean. We have a great beach wagon to transport everything.

Outside, the spacious backyard invites you to fire up the grill for a barbecue, gather with friends and family, or simply relax with your favorite drink after a day in the sun.

Additional conveniences include high-speed Wi-Fi, a full-size washer and dryer, and parking for up to four vehicles.
