House rules:

- No Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

- No pets Allowed: We kindly ask that you do not bring pets to the property to help us keep the pace clean and allergy-friendly for all guests.

- No Parties or Events: We strive to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment. Please respect our no parties or events policy. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect our neighbors.

- Registered Guests Only: Only the individuals listed on the reservation are allowed on the property during the stay. This helps us maintain a secure and comfortable space for all guests.

- Parking is only allowed in the designated spaces: Inside the garage and directly in front of the house within the marked limits. Parking on the grass, sidewalk, or street is strictly prohibited and may result in fines or penalties issued by the city.

- Do not flush anything down the toilet — including toilet paper, wipes, or any other materials. The plumbing system is very sensitive, and flushing any items can easily cause a clog. If this happens, a repair fee will be charged to cover the cost of fixing it.

For safety and security reasons, there is camera surveillance at the entrance of the house. This is only for monitoring the exterior entryway.

BBQ Use Notice: If the BBQ is used, please make sure it is cleaned after use. If the BBQ is found dirty at check-out and requires additional cleaning, a $20 BBQ cleaning fee will apply. The invoice will be sent after check-out if cleaning is needed.
