Pool heating:
The daily fee for using a heater for the heated pool is $50/day, please notify us before your arrival and we will turn on the heater before you arrive so the pool will be warm for you. We charge extra for pool heating because it cost a lot of electricity and some people choose not to use it.

PET-FRIENDLY HOME
Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. They'll get to enjoy and run around the spacious backyard while you relax in the backyard. We have an additional fee for the pet which is $45 per pet.

To maintain the quality of the pool, we have our pool guy scheduled for pool maintenance on MONDAY & THURSDAY, though these days are still subject to weather conditions.

Quiet time starts at 10pm out of respect for the neighbors as this is a quiet community – No parties or loud guests will be tolerated.

Comfortable but needs work

The washer and dryer had some issues. If the heated pool is not included in the original price that should be stated. The house was ok but and the neighbor hood was good. Convenient location but the AC is not up to cooling the house.
